She was present at the on-site check and super nice. The rental process was seamless and fast. The follow up was also excellent. The property is well maintained and clean. The app is easy to use and the touch less access up to the needs of the era!! This was the worst Storage unit rental experience of my life. Dottie is extremely unprofessional and does not even know the meaning of customer service. She does not belong in any role that involves interacting with people. She was totally uncooperative and disinterested in any of my concerns and made no attempt to try to help me in any way. I demanded to speak with her manager and she would only give me the customer care number. Her district manager Kristina finally gave me a call and it was evident where the poor customer service originated from from. She was equally as disinterested and uncooperative and was downright nasty to speak with. I never received any follow up from her and I moved my Boat to a different rental property after only being there one week. The only reason I gave it one star is because that's the only way Yelp would let me post this review. NO STARS! read more

Spoke with Tracey at national office, assured me price was stable for a year, then helped me find a unit nearby with the best deal. Made reservation and almost immediately got a call from Cody who was helpful and polite both on the phone and in person when I moved my things in. Good experience!! read more

Great location and friendly staff. Also, the price is definitely right. Our unit is in the climate controlled area. I do wish that there were lights directly over the units as it can get a bit dark in there. Other than that it's a great facility. Bonus: it's SUPER close to a Wendy's. read more

We had what they called "climate controlled unit" temp and humidity were always higher than industry standard. The building was always filthy. They may have a competitive price, but you get what you pay for. read more

Their prices were very good but their customer service was even better. I have rented there for over a year , it's always very clear and staff very helpful. Even had the pleasure to have dealings with the District manager Tony, he was the most helpful and kind. I had a terrible challenge to deal with and he treated me with respect and human kindness that not many business do. If you need a storage facility, I highly recommend them !!! Stay far away from them if you want long term storage. Started at $107 per month in Aug. 2015, just got the latest rate increase to $183 per month. It's extortion, and the corp. office in CA. won't even answer your emails or calls. Just a pathetic outfit. Me and my wife referred 4 people to this company and will apologize to them. read more

My husband and I came by during open hours, and there was a sign on the door, "closed for 30 minutes. We went and got a bite, and came back and still closed.! Finally after driving around we go in to a british lad raising his voice on the phone, and said he would be with us soon. We looked at supplies while he was irate on the phone. He gets off the phone and another person comes in and the lad started helping him,after we had been standing there for 15 minutes..Needless to say my husband said lets get out of this ridiculous poorly ran storage space. We went down to Extra Space storage and the service and prices were great! With all the storage spaces in Sarasota. , Avoid public storage at all costs!! read more
