It was conveniently located at ground level, no elevator needed and the large moving truck could pull right up to the facility for unloading. The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload. She accused me of blocking her gate, which I wasn't, as my wife who was following me had no problem driving through. This woman should be fired immediately if you intend to maintain good relations with your customers and ultimate success. As a result of this encounter, I will never use your services again, and will advise my extended family and my 29 employees to do the same. Then they added a proof of insurance requirement that I complied with. Within a couple months they DOUBLED the storage rate and added $15 for insurance even though I had complied. When I moved out they required 59 days notice in order to charge for an additional month. My registered letter of move-out notice came back undeliverable. When I finally reached them via email they required a PHOTO of the empty spot. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to provide the photo I've enclosed.
