The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload. Guess what I found a Charity and they came and took everything on 5/19. My billing went from 5/15-6/14, and they charged me my monthly rate of 158.00.(3 days) Over 3 years Big Jims has made a small fortune off of us $5688.00. but still took their 158.00. Then they added a proof of insurance requirement that I complied with. Within a couple months they DOUBLED the storage rate and added $15 for insurance even though I had complied. When I moved out they required 59 days notice in order to charge for an additional month. My registered letter of move-out notice came back undeliverable. When I finally reached them via email they required a PHOTO of the empty spot. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to provide the photo I've enclosed.
