it has been one thing after the other with this company for one they have went up by about $65…read moresince I went in here eight months ago for another even if I'm just a few days late they charge about 15.00 late fee. They have also neglected to take the lock off that they put on after being just a couple days late.. I have never been pay with this facility, but when I come today to get things my unit, I am locked out of the gate although I am all paid up so when I call to complain that I am locked out of the gate, I am told that I have no access to the unit after office hours because I am not on auto pay. I am pretty sure it is illegal to force someone to be on auto pay. I have never been told of this nor have I ever been on auto pay. Not only have I had prank phone calls regarding my storage unit that no one knows I have besides which is very fishy. I have also had dirt and debris covering my items several times even though I haven't been here and I am pretty sure, although I cannot prove it. Have been moved around a couple of times again I cannot prove this. There are some very strange going on here and I would not trust this place if I were anyone. I am going to make sure I can get in the gate and then as soon as possible, I am going to move my things this facility. Again, I am not locked out of the gate for failure to pay. I am paid up. I am supposedly locked out because I am not on auto pay. Seems very fishy to me.

Instead of working with those renters who chose to stay after the hurricane, they choose to rip you off. The unit I am paying $127 for, they lease online for $57. Went there yesterday to put some items in my storage unit, and everything in there is covered in a thin film of dust due to them grinding the floors. they could have easily laid plastic over the top of the storage units but I guess chose to save a few bucks and could care less about their customers. I went to help my friend move an entire large storage unit worth of belongings on the second floor…read morethe day after Christmas. Both elevators were out of service somehow and there was no one to contact. Cannot believe these crooks charge $140 a month to have a facility without a working elevator. The monthly rate used to be $80 a few months ago. The gate at this place is always open too there is no security. A move that could have taken 1 hour took about 3 because there was not a functioning elevator.
