it has been one thing after the other with this company for one they have went up by about $65…read moresince I went in here eight months ago for another even if I'm just a few days late they charge about 15.00 late fee. They have also neglected to take the lock off that they put on after being just a couple days late.. I have never been pay with this facility, but when I come today to get things my unit, I am locked out of the gate although I am all paid up so when I call to complain that I am locked out of the gate, I am told that I have no access to the unit after office hours because I am not on auto pay. I am pretty sure it is illegal to force someone to be on auto pay. I have never been told of this nor have I ever been on auto pay. Not only have I had prank phone calls regarding my storage unit that no one knows I have besides which is very fishy. I have also had dirt and debris covering my items several times even though I haven't been here and I am pretty sure, although I cannot prove it. Have been moved around a couple of times again I cannot prove this. There are some very strange going on here and I would not trust this place if I were anyone. I am going to make sure I can get in the gate and then as soon as possible, I am going to move my things this facility. Again, I am not locked out of the gate for failure to pay. I am paid up. I am supposedly locked out because I am not on auto pay. Seems very fishy to me.

Went there yesterday to put some items in my storage unit, and everything in there is covered in a thin film of dust due to them grinding the floors. they could have easily laid plastic over the top of the storage units but I guess chose to save a few bucks and could care less about their customers. The monthly rate used to be $80 a few months ago. The gate at this place is always open too there is no security.
