I wouldn't rent this space for FREE! After a HIGH pressure process to get a unit ( we had been…read moremoving all day, tired) Shirley insisted I leave a google review before finishing our paperwork. After 3 failed attempts, I finally told her I was tired and not doing it right now. Fast forward a week later, it rained. Found out we had a flooded unit and ruined personal property. Shirley gave us a pamphlet to file a claim. NO follow up from her or anyone to help mitigate the damage. Now it has occurred at least 3 more times since the downspout outside our unit has been broken and no concern from anyone to fix it. She was aware of the damaged downspout as the property manager and still rented us a subpar unit just for the sale. Not the way I would operate a business.
