They take advantage of the elderly and if you notice most the of 5 star reviews are accounts that never reviewed anything else! My family had two storage units here for years and combined into one, Janet created a huge issue when my mom couldn't find the key and said we needed paperwork showing my mom had access even though she knew her for years. They said only our dad signed the contract so we provided all paperwork including the will from my dad. They stopped taking our calls and they refused the paperwork and even as we continued to pay the monthly payment they then denied the payments so they could confiscate and sell my families items and the owner and the front office lady Janet are thieves and truly horrible people. Even our lawyer said he has never seen anything like this and they ignored the certified will from our father stating my mom was the beneficiary, we sent all requested items and paperwork and they refused to accept any of it! They are auctioning off units full of peoples things for the same reason because that's the real business they are in! I'm now also reaching out to the state senators who we have contacts with because this company needs to be held accountable for stealing from the elderly! I highly suggest you do not put any of your valuables with this storage company because they will stop taking calls and put a lock on your unit even when paid in full and will take your families possessions!

Instead of working with those renters who chose to stay after the hurricane, they choose to rip you off. The unit I am paying $127 for, they lease online for $57. Went there yesterday to put some items in my storage unit, and everything in there is covered in a thin film of dust due to them grinding the floors. they could have easily laid plastic over the top of the storage units but I guess chose to save a few bucks and could care less about their customers. From start to finish, Josh was a real leader: incredibly patient, kind, friendly, professional, and displayed a great sense of humor and warmth. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but packing day came and the Breezy team worked so well together. Josh was always there, working side by side with Romain, Joe, and Ray.
