it has been one thing after the other with this company for one they have went up by about $65…read moresince I went in here eight months ago for another even if I'm just a few days late they charge about 15.00 late fee. They have also neglected to take the lock off that they put on after being just a couple days late.. I have never been pay with this facility, but when I come today to get things my unit, I am locked out of the gate although I am all paid up so when I call to complain that I am locked out of the gate, I am told that I have no access to the unit after office hours because I am not on auto pay. I am pretty sure it is illegal to force someone to be on auto pay. I have never been told of this nor have I ever been on auto pay. Not only have I had prank phone calls regarding my storage unit that no one knows I have besides which is very fishy. I have also had dirt and debris covering my items several times even though I haven't been here and I am pretty sure, although I cannot prove it. Have been moved around a couple of times again I cannot prove this. There are some very strange going on here and I would not trust this place if I were anyone. I am going to make sure I can get in the gate and then as soon as possible, I am going to move my things this facility. Again, I am not locked out of the gate for failure to pay. I am paid up. I am supposedly locked out because I am not on auto pay. Seems very fishy to me.

He didn't try to over sell me on a bigger unit or anything like that. Also, while checking out the units they were very clean (you could smell how clean it was). There wasn't any dirt in the hallways or units. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and great customer service! We would definitely recommend!

Both elevators were out of service somehow and there was no one to contact. Cannot believe these crooks charge $140 a month to have a facility without a working elevator. The monthly rate used to be $80 a few months ago. The gate at this place is always open too there is no security. A move that could have taken 1 hour took about 3 because there was not a functioning elevator.

First of all I never write reviews, not worth my time.... however the customer service provided by this place warrants my negative comments. I rented a 15 ft truck with a tow dolly. Was moving from Venice Florida to Massachusetts. When I originally reserved the truck online I was told to bring my car by prior to picking up the truck and tow dolly to ensure my car was towable I stopped in prior to my reservation date with my car and was informed by a very curt young lady it was ready to go. When picking up the truck the unfriendly customer service lady said to inspect the truck for damage prior leaving. Since this was a one way 1,600 mile trip I wanted to ensure everything was in working condition and went through everything. When I commented on scratches and dents the unfriendly customer service lady said we would be there all day and was just looking for major damage. The Tow dolly alone had cracked / smashed frame which was not documented. The straps holding the car onto the tow dolly were torn to the point it wouldn't hold the car going over one bump in the road. When I asked to have if fixed or replaced the unfriendly customer service lady rolled her eyes and reluctantly gave me another tow dolly. Same issues, it could not have been inspected because it had no documentation on the dents and cracked frame which when I commented was told everything was fine. I even commented about the tires and was told by the unfriendly customer service lady they were good to go. When I asked to have them fixed or replaced the unfriendly customer service lady said that she hits the tires with a hammer to ensure they are at the correct air pressure. When I dropped the trailer and tow dolly off in Massachusetts at the North Attleboro Uhaul, the Excellent Customer Service Gentlemen told me he was going to replace the straps and tires on the tow dolly. I highly recommend the North Attleboro Uhaul. I do NOT recommend the Extra Closet Uhaul in Venice Florida. As a side not, I have pictures of everything I've discussed here.
