Very easy with the drive-thru access. Recently, we needed to enlarge our unit to "hold more stuff" . Next step... got a 10x30 to hold everything, including my sports car & golf cart. We like the fact that the security is so high, cameras are everywhere, using my phone to open a super fast roll up entry door, and the ease of obtaining a cargo cart for "our stuff". All of this is good. This company is very easy to work with, in person or online. They should build more SmartStop Storage facilities just "LIKE THIS LOCATION". ****** Make sure you know your time of how long you want the unit.... ask questions about how much notification they require for exiting the unit.
