Once they were done and we went to the new apartment (keep in mind was 3 minutes down the road) we got there and was told that my wife's real marble table that I specifically said please be careful fell over and broke. My wife and I are very understanding people as the guys felt bad and stuff happens. So they told how to file a claim and get our money back or they might even replace it. Filed the claim. Got an email that they were sorry and because of some insurance thing they offer it only goes by the weight of the item and even though that marble table was heavy they only gave us 70$ and a crappy apology. I told them that it was a 900$ table and got a "well that's how we do things here sorry not sorry response. Well after another year we needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom in the SAME apartment complex. So my wife and I being probably too nice of people said the guys were really good and we can't control the crappy management let's give them another chance. 2 more guys showed up. Went straight to work. Worked hard. I was keeping a close eye on them but obviously can't watch everything. Load up and drive 30 seconds over to the new building and they start unloading. Well they ended up breaking a nightstand, bed frame and stained the side of our couch. My wife ended up cleaning the side of the couch herself. We got a new nightstand and our bed frame is still cracked but holding up. The guys felt bad again and apologized but at this point my wife and I were just over it. No point to file a claim. We'd be lucky to get probably 20$. Stay away guys. Pay the extra 50-100$ and go with a quality company who cares about your stuff. We definitely will next time. We tried to save some money and it cost us in the end. Don't make the same mistake me made TWICE. My wife and I understand that you have to run a business and we weren't looking for 900$, but 70$ and half hearted apology is unacceptable.

I found Bobby to be friendly & was impressed that he told me I would not need to use a 26ft truck, he could get my load on the smaller truck. I shared with him that I like using a local independent mover as I did not want my belongings combined with another customer's. I chose to go with the larger truck to be safe and allow me the opportunity to add additional items if I wanted to. Moving is very stressful and Bobby had a way of making you feel it was going to be just fine. I contracted with him for a 26ft truck and a car hauler to move my belongings on 6/17 (Monday) with delivery scheduled for 6/19 (Wednesday) in SC. On moving day Bobby arrived at my house & didn't have the car hauler. He would be getting it later & would load it at his house. He also advised me that he was not going to be able to deliver my belongings until Thursday or Friday. He was in the process of coordinating a move for someone else from Florida to North Carolina and would need time to get the other customer loaded & unloaded. I was not happy with him combining my load with another's but at that point I really didn't have an option so I needed to go with it. I insisted he make my delivery in SC on Thursday. Which he did. He had to unload another custoner's belongings in my driveway prior to getting me unloaded and settled. During our first encounter, I stated that I would need him to wrap/protect some artwork and 2 tvs. He stated not a problem he had materials to do that & would take care of it. I went ahead and packed my artwork so he only had the 2 tvs to be concerned with. He waited until everything had been loaded before working with the tvs. He was out of blankets and couldn't get anyone to go to his house for more. He loaded my 50" Samsung Smart tv and an older 43" tv unprotected into the front of the 26' box truck. He would wrap them when he got to his house before moving them to SC. In his contract he states that the service provider (him) shall wrap the items with care. He was negligent and my Samasung tv got damaged. Bobby stated that he would replace my tv. He did not want to submit a claim to the insurance company as that would cause his premium to increase. He needed 3 to 4 weeks to make that happen. On 6/27, I reached out by text to his business number, which his wife monitors, to inquire about the tv & inform her that I wanted a smaller tv. She stated she would handle it. I got the same response on 7/19 & 7/22. Then a phone call from Bobby stating that he would send me the tracking number on wednesday 7/24th. Another text on the 7/26th saying it would be done that day. Nothing happened. I reached out to Bobby's phone by text on 7/31 and he did not resond. In my conversation with Bobby he assured me that he was honest and a man of his word. His actions prove otherwise. I cannot reccommend a business that does not have integrity in working with customers.
