They stated they would wrap all the furniture, which didn't happen. They refused to repair all of the furniture that got damaged because it wasn't all reported within the allotted time. We recently moved my 90-year-old mother from Florida to New Jersey. Since there would only be about 15 boxes and no furniture, WeCare suggested it would be much cheaper if they packed the boxes and shipped them through UPS. What a big mistake! The packers had no idea what they were doing and how to properly pack a box. Her items were packed in such a haphazard way and were not protected at all. Instead of using a dish pack, they actually put fragile dishes in the same box as a blender and Ninja processor! Of course, all of the dishes arrived broken. They also kept her clothing on hangers on a rod in a garment box...you can imagine what a mess that was when it arrived! (I've attached some pictures.) Maybe if WeCare used proper materials they would have arrived intact. Also, items shipped UPS would have to be protected from shifting in the box. That means the items should be packed with no space for movement. Here again, the packers obviously had no idea how to properly pack a box for shipment. The boxes my mother actually packed herself arrived in much better shape...no breaks at all. Unfortunately, many of the broken items packed by WeCare were more sentimental in value....they cannot be replaced. I tried many times to follow up, and I sent Kathy multiple emails requesting some type of reimbursement for the poor job. Most of my emails were blatantly ignored. A long distance move for a 90-year-old is not easy in the first place. WeCare made this move such much harder!

All of this over $400--which didn't even come close to covering the TV that was damaged because of his work. My wife and I are very understanding people as the guys felt bad and stuff happens. So they told how to file a claim and get our money back or they might even replace it. Filed the claim. Got an email that they were sorry and because of some insurance thing they offer it only goes by the weight of the item and even though that marble table was heavy they only gave us 70$ and a crappy apology. I told them that it was a 900$ table and got a "well that's how we do things here sorry not sorry response. Well after another year we needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom in the SAME apartment complex. So my wife and I being probably too nice of people said the guys were really good and we can't control the crappy management let's give them another chance. 2 more guys showed up. Went straight to work. Worked hard. I was keeping a close eye on them but obviously can't watch everything. Load up and drive 30 seconds over to the new building and they start unloading. Well they ended up breaking a nightstand, bed frame and stained the side of our couch. My wife ended up cleaning the side of the couch herself. We got a new nightstand and our bed frame is still cracked but holding up. The guys felt bad again and apologized but at this point my wife and I were just over it. No point to file a claim. We'd be lucky to get probably 20$. Stay away guys. Pay the extra 50-100$ and go with a quality company who cares about your stuff. We definitely will next time. We tried to save some money and it cost us in the end. Don't make the same mistake me made TWICE. My wife and I understand that you have to run a business and we weren't looking for 900$, but 70$ and half hearted apology is unacceptable.
