I was concerned with the thought of movers coming to touch and pack our stuff. That's where Happy Helpers Movers Company came to the rescue. Located at 1343 Main Street #502, Sarasota, Florida 34236, they come with hundreds of glowing customer comments about their movers and the company overall. My first indication that I made the right choice was when Tony and Tamir arrived to move my belongings. They were straight up, great guys.. friendly, polite and informative. After observing how carefully and effectively they handled our heavy items and fragile antiques, I felt confident enough to leave the house and have them continue without me. I had requested three movers due to needing as many to move my heavy, bulky and also, fragile items when I first moved in. Tony and Tamir amazed us with their super human strength in moving all items with a coordinated effort. They were organized, courteous and efficient. Truly, I can't express what confidence they gave me with their professionalism and capability. They were top notch from beginning to end. And, they were quick. No dilly dallying at all. They knew what they were doing, so that something I thought would require my supervision, ended up being a hand off process the whole way through. They're a credit to the company, and I wouldn't think twice about calling Happy Movers again. I plan to call them when we finalize the last few items to be moved upon our departure to our new home

The girl who I booked with steered me away from the additional insurance. She said of course if we break your flatscreen we would never only pay .60 cents per pound. They broke my flatscreen and only want to give me $150! The 3 workers were arguing loudly in our house and outside at our new neighborhood! We had to tell them twice to knock it off! They damaged 2 entryway exterior doors and multiple areas in the stairway. They didn't finish putting together one of the bedroom sets. Their settlement offer was $500 but wanted me to sign a non-disclosure that I could not post any reviews! It threatens to seek $1000 per negative review! Disgusting and dishonest scammers! Don't ever use this company!!

I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. God bless them that they are that busy, but I've spoken personally to the owner because of my rave review because of their loyalty to good customers . I'm not bashing them, but they really should train the phone person better, unfortunately I have to use someone else now and you lost a very loyal customer.

I was concerned because the lining on one set was hanging lower then the drapes but Somers did such a good job in cleaning that the lining was back in place. We had not cleaned the drapes since we had them installed six years ago and didn't notice that as time went by; the drapes hung much lower then when installed! They're perfect now and the pleats are in line perfectly. We also had some blinds cleaned through their cleaning process and they look brand new. Brian and Carl were friendly, efficient, and were quick when working.

In short, these previous tenants trashed this lease space with ink and other chemical-based stains. I thought to myself...there is no way in heck this tile, nor the bathrooms could be fixed without a total gut of the premises. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he asked me if I knew anyone capable of addressing something of this magnitude as his goto cleaning company wouldn't take the job. I told the owner...Spot On was the company to call. Within 24-hours Spot On was there to do a walk thru on Friday afternoon and provided the owner a very reasonable (to me) estmate...and promised to complete the job over a holiday weekend. So it would be ready on Tuesday. When I arrived to inspect, I was amazed that they were able to deep clean years if ink stains and gunk....The tile looked brand new. The bathrooms were fit for the most critical critic...I honestly thought the bathroom fixtures were going to be replaced...but Spot On worked miracles. So much in fact, the owner of the office complex told me that he found a new cleaning company for all his properties. WTG Spot On. These guys do a great job for a great price. So much in fact, I have scheduled them to detail my yacht.
