I was needing a really deep clean on LVP flooring, but there weren't many companies out there that do this type of cleaning. I had the good fortune of finding Foaming the Suncoast. Travis spent all day cleaning our entire area of LVP and did an excellent job. He even sent me products that I should be using to keep them clean moving forward which I immediately procured. After he was finished, he helped us put the furniture back in place, even helping us put down the new area rug. The floors had a nice clean sheen and looked much brighter when he was done. He had shown me some of the dirty water that was extracted from the cleaning and I couldn't believe how brown the water was from just doing a small section. Travis was booked so full that he couldn't take on another job. However, he helped me find another company who could do the drying job for us. You won't find anyone better than Travis at Foaming the Suncoast. I had imbedded pet stains in my bedroom carpet that two well rated cleaning services said could not be removed. I gave thought to tearing out the carpet and replacing it with wood flooring. But I gave it one more try. I called Travis who I found online with his 5 star rating and he removed them. He cleaned the carpet and then called me a few days later and asked if I was satisfied. I said some of the stains returned after the carpet dried. He said he would return to my house and take care of them. He did as he promised and the stains are gone. That's the kind of service that needs to be rewarded. This is the first carpet cleaning/steaming service I have ever had done, and I will be calling Travis every time from now on. Travis is professional, thorough, responsive, kind, reasonable- everything you would look for when investing in a service to clean your carpets. His price is unbeatable. I paid half of what I expected it to cost. He was easy to reach and even came out within 36 hours of first speaking to him on the phone. He finished my house within three hours and still very thorough. Lastly, he noticed and addressed some issues that I may have not seen, such as ants on the back side of my house. Scheduling was straightforward via the phone. He arrived on time and did a fabulous job steam cleaning our carpets and steam cleaned the tile in the front hallway and our bathroom (which was not in the original estimate) and he didn't charge us extra. He indicated that we were dragging dirt from the carpets to the tile and back. The carpets look great and we won't have to replace them. He also suggested a new cleaning solution for the title to keep the dirt from getting on the carpets. He was friendly and efficient, and the work was excellent. The great reviews of this company were "spot on!" (Pun intended!) Travis was so knowledgeable, neat and respectful of our home. Everything he cleaned for us came out better than I expected, especially the year's old spot on our carpet! We received a reply within 5 mins of our query about carpet cleaning within our small margin of dates. Two emails later, we agreed on a date and time. Travis cleaned the tile and grout in our kitchen, entry and 3 bathrooms. He was efficient, very careful with his equipment near the hardwood floors and stairs/banisters, and got the blueberry stains out of the kitchen grout.
