NOT VERY GOOD. I find it odd that Shelly Carpets recommends this company when they don't do a good job. Left stains on the carpets that were only 2 years old. My neighbor used them too and didn't like their results either. read more

The cleaners were able to come, pick up my sisal area rug, clean and disinfect it. When they returned it they explained about the process they use with sisal rugs. They then cleaned my sofas and ottomans, as well as disinfecting them. They did a wonderful job! My home feels wonderful again! read more

Dalon and Jody arrived on time and explained what they would do and what the result would be. Both were friendly and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them and Overturf's business. read more

We had red wine spilled on the carpeting and a cowhide chair and did a poor job ourselves of trying to remove the stains. I thought the situation was hopeless. Dalon and DaMarlon did a fabulous job and removed those stains as well as puppy urine stains. They are my go-to cleaners now! read more

Well I always liked this company until the last cleaning. I told friends about them and recommended them until i had them clean my sofa and chair. They were too quick and did come back to retouch the areas they missed on the sofa. I still had to clean the piping and arms more. Now the chair was in the lanai thru Christmas and no one used it. I brought it back in the living room area and realized it looked shadowy in place and they wouldn't come to take a look at it and I feel their satisfaction guarante is not true. Sad at best!! read more

2 person crew arrived on time to clean carpet in 3 rooms and upholstery in one room. Very conscientious and careful while cleaning. Had shoe covers on immediately inside front door. Everything looks brand new! Highly recommend . read more

The company came out charged me a couple of thousand dollars to scotchgard all new furniture and left stains on 2 new chairs. They wont come back to try and fix unless i agree to 150.00 service call. Wont even allow me to talk to a manager. Terrible customer service. Mark read more

Great Job!! We had a chair, loveseat, and area rug cleaned. The technicians who arrived were Darren and Anthony. They were both polite, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The process was completely explained beforehand, and we had three levels of cleaning and protection to select from. I can't say enough about how beautiful the end result was. We have two dogs, and the ground in dirt on the rug was pretty bad! It was immaculate when they were done! I would use Overturf again in a minute and will recommend them to everyone I know! read more

My Oriental Rugs were beautiful when cleaned. One of the delivery men walked across a rug & left a large gray stain I was unable to remove. It looked like cement. Booties were not worn. When I reported it, I was told my complaint would be entered on their computer. It probably was, because I never again received mailings or telephone calls for service. They used to stay in contact frequently. OVERTURF is excellent as long as there are no problems. In my opinion, they do not stand behind their work. I am currently looking for a different company to clean my Orien read more

My family has used Overturfs several times and they've done a very good job for us. They wear shoe covers and wipe up any wet areas from the machine before they leave. They are easy to book and the lady that answers the phone is very nice. I recommend them. read more

We have used Overturf several times and have always been very happy with the result of their cleaning work and friendly demeanor. Anthony B was our most recent technician and he was very thorough. We recommend them. read more

Poor customer service I had two new beds I asked only to have protected instead they cleaned and protected costing almost $600.00, bad me, I did not look over the bill very carefully and they will not give me the cleaning expense back saying I signed the paperwork I would NOT recommend this business! read more

The management company that I work with on Anna Maria Island hired Overturfs to clean a rug in my condominium in April while I was gone and I was charged $150 for the work. When I arrived on April 6, the rug was filthy and you could tell it was not cleaned. I took it to Seaside Laundry on Holmes Beach and they did a beautiful job for $22. I do not recommend this company and highly recommend Seaside Laundry. read more

Great company! I have an expensive wool oriental rug that is about 50 years old. They came to get it cleaned it and delivered it. It looks beautiful the colors are so vibrant. I was afraid it may loose some color but it looks beautiful. They came when they said they would. Men that took it and delivered it were pleasant and careful with everything. The receptionist is very pleasant and explained everything in detail. read more

I was surprised that only 1 guy showed up to do 3 bedrooms and a large area rug. He was polite and professional, but I believe not so experienced. I told him about some high traffic areas, especially the area rug, and he stated it should be much better with their procedures. There was a quick cleaning and then the rinse and extract was quick as well. I did not see any special attention to those areas even though I already had 95% of movable objects out of the way to expedite the cleaning. Because there was only one guy my sofa on the area rug did not get moved at all. I completed a satisfaction survey and never heard from them. I will use Stanley Steamer next time. They do a much better job. read more

I dropped off a rug to be cleaned, took 2 weeks which was expected m, price was fair, I recommend

We used Overturf's to clean our carpets at our townhouse they sent two men there. They spent 26 minutes there and the carpets look like they were never touched. I live in another state they called me for payment. I pay them with a credit card my cleaning lady sent me pictures of the finished product look like they never clean them or touch them ever, I called the company and told him about it. I sent them pictures showing them that it wasn't cleaned. I asked for an owner to call me in reference to the cleaning job. I asked for a refund and I never heard from an owner or anybody again a few weeks later I hired Sweeny Carpet Cleaning And they did a fantastic job. I would never hire Overturf again thank you. read more

Can say enough good things about their service. Cleaned our chairs and ottoman, and they look great. The two gentlemen, I didn't get their names, we're very professional and informative. This is the second time we've used them and happy to recommend them. read more

I Paid $180 to have my rug cleaned and they took the money and gave it to me back the same way I brought it to them. Maybe they steamed it at best. Nobody would answer when I asked what kind of cleaning procedure they used. Nobody answered my email when I asked for a copy of my bill. The rug smells the same and looks exactly the same as when I dropped it off. Very professional! $50 to expedite the cleaning. We'll they did!!! Also, after another review, they answered to it and said they would call me to talk to me. Guess what??? No such thing. What a fraud! One star cuz zero is not an option! Also, I'm not reviewing cuz I want my money back or any freebies. I'm just letting you know that this is how they treat people. read more

I cleaned up more with a damp towel than they did in an hour and a half. nearly $800.00 for a sloppy job. The chairs need to be cleaned - pets do not get on the furniture- so I hired professionals to clean them. Multiple cleaning should not be necessary if I am able to clean them myself. The technicians said they did the best they could, but I am able to clean what they could not. read more

So grateful for Stefanie and Overturf's staff!! I needed a cleaning sooner than later and they were able to come out the same day and went above and beyond my expectations!! I would recommend them highly!!! read more

We had our couch and love seat cleaned. They did a super great job and the couches look like almost new (they are about 13 years old!) They were on time, professional and did great work. I would hire them again. read more

I had the worst experience I could possibly have. I had my sheep skin rug cleaned for $183 to remove pet stains. They gave it back to me with the same stains. They also had a crew working on my floors that day. I needed my travertine floor and grout cleaned. I have called them to tell them that I was not happy with the area rug and they just told told me that they will not attempt cleaning it again, and they will not give me a refund. They also told their crew to leave my house without any explanation. So the crew has dropped what they were doing and left. I was told by their representatives that they provide outstanding customer service, but nobody would even want to work with me. And I was also told that if I'm not happy with what they did, they would come back and redo it. To me it seem that it's just false advertising. They are also told me they are not coming back to clean my floors because (from receptionist words): " they cannot meet my expectations and they are not a good fit for me" read more

Overturf staff is courteous and efficient. And they got all of the chocolate, wine and pet slobber stains out. We will keep the six piece sectional. Here are the before and after pics. read more

I have now used these folks three times. Thoroughly satisfied! How refreshing to deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do! They did an excellent job cleaning all of our rugs. Pick up and delivery service was prompt and professional. They removed the stains in the rugs, which I had my doubts about. Cannot recommend these folks enough! read more

Company gave me an estimate for 1000 sf with stairs. Techs came to my home morning of appointment to measure. Carpeted areas measured 200 sf less and they tried charging me more! I was clearly told price was based on sf. So price should be lower not higher. In addition I was told they don't upsell additional products and the first thing they did was try to do just that. I wasted an entire morning as I canceled appointments, etc. they would not honor their original price which was based on more SF. They left with nothing done but my time wasted. read more

These guys are true professionals! It is astonishing how considerate their crew is, how well-groomed their trucks are, and how well-spoken and kind they are on the phone. I have seen Mrs. Overturf recognized for the many contributions their company has made to impact Ellenton. I have met with this husband and wife team on a number of occasions and at many business events and I have not seen a more professional couple with bigger hearts than these two - for their clients, their team and their community. Very impressed! read more

We called to have some silk chairs cleaned. While they did show up timely and were professionally, we did not see any benefit whatsoever and in fact they now look as bad if not worse. Worst $200 I have spent in a long time. read more

I had used Overturf's previously and they did a good job, so I chose to use them again to clean some area rugs and to apply some fabric protector to a couch and love seat. I did not ask them to clean the pieces, however, as they were just newly recovered. Long story short, they cleaned the couch and love seat, which changed the color of the new fabric before they applied the protectant. They also charged me $300 for the cleaning that I did not order. Unfortunately, my husband was home when they completed the job and did not review the bill before paying them. I emailed/called Overturf's when I discovered the oversight as well as the change in color to my couch and love seat. No one ever got back to me! I will never use them again nor recommend them! Unexcusable! Also, I used to receive numerous mailings/emails about specials/time for your cleaning, etc. Obviously they have taken me off their list so they no longer have to deal with me. I am extremely upset about the color change but after investing over $3000 in new fabric and labor, I am stuck with them for a while. read more

I have used Overturf's a number of times and each time they provide me with an outstanding service. Overturf's did a terrific job on my materials couches. They are about two years old and I hadn't had them cleaned since I purchased them - their representative was on time, professional, explained exactly what he was going to do and we agreed to put on a protective coating after the cleaning job. I would highly recommend Overturf's - a great job for a fair price. read more
