Well I always liked this company until the last cleaning. I told friends about them and recommended them until i had them clean my sofa and chair. They were too quick and did come back to retouch the areas they missed on the sofa. I still had to clean the piping and arms more. Now the chair was in the lanai thru Christmas and no one used it. I brought it back in the living room area and realized it looked shadowy in place and they wouldn't come to take a look at it and I feel their satisfaction guarante is not true. We had red wine spilled on the carpeting and a cowhide chair and did a poor job ourselves of trying to remove the stains. I thought the situation was hopeless. Dalon and DaMarlon did a fabulous job and removed those stains as well as puppy urine stains. They are my go-to cleaners now! read more

Great Job!! We had a chair, loveseat, and area rug cleaned. The technicians who arrived were Darren and Anthony. They were both polite, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The process was completely explained beforehand, and we had three levels of cleaning and protection to select from. I can't say enough about how beautiful the end result was. We have two dogs, and the ground in dirt on the rug was pretty bad! It was immaculate when they were done! My Oriental Rugs were beautiful when cleaned. One of the delivery men walked across a rug & left a large gray stain I was unable to remove. It looked like cement. Booties were not worn. When I reported it, I was told my complaint would be entered on their computer. It probably was, because I never again received mailings or telephone calls for service. The management company that I work with on Anna Maria Island hired Overturfs to clean a rug in my condominium in April while I was gone and I was charged $150 for the work. When I arrived on April 6, the rug was filthy and you could tell it was not cleaned. I took it to Seaside Laundry on Holmes Beach and they did a beautiful job for $22. I do not recommend this company and highly recommend Seaside Laundry. read more

We used Overturf's to clean our carpets at our townhouse they sent two men there. They spent 26 minutes there and the carpets look like they were never touched. I live in another state they called me for payment. I pay them with a credit card my cleaning lady sent me pictures of the finished product look like they never clean them or touch them ever, I called the company and told him about it. I sent them pictures showing them that it wasn't cleaned. I asked for an owner to call me in reference to the cleaning job. I asked for a refund and I never heard from an owner or anybody again a few weeks later I hired Sweeny Carpet Cleaning And they did a fantastic job. Great company! I have an expensive wool oriental rug that is about 50 years old. They came to get it cleaned it and delivered it. It looks beautiful the colors are so vibrant. I was afraid it may loose some color but it looks beautiful. They came when they said they would. Men that took it and delivered it were pleasant and careful with everything. I was surprised that only 1 guy showed up to do 3 bedrooms and a large area rug. He was polite and professional, but I believe not so experienced. I told him about some high traffic areas, especially the area rug, and he stated it should be much better with their procedures. There was a quick cleaning and then the rinse and extract was quick as well. I did not see any special attention to those areas even though I already had 95% of movable objects out of the way to expedite the cleaning. Because there was only one guy my sofa on the area rug did not get moved at all. I completed a satisfaction survey and never heard from them. I will use Stanley Steamer next time. I Paid $180 to have my rug cleaned and they took the money and gave it to me back the same way I brought it to them. Maybe they steamed it at best. Nobody would answer when I asked what kind of cleaning procedure they used. Nobody answered my email when I asked for a copy of my bill. The rug smells the same and looks exactly the same as when I dropped it off. Very professional! $50 to expedite the cleaning. We'll they did!!! Also, after another review, they answered to it and said they would call me to talk to me. Guess what??? No such thing. What a fraud! One star cuz zero is not an option! Also, I'm not reviewing cuz I want my money back or any freebies. I'm just letting you know that this is how they treat people. read more

I cleaned up more with a damp towel than they did in an hour and a half. nearly $800.00 for a sloppy job. The chairs need to be cleaned - pets do not get on the furniture- so I hired professionals to clean them. Multiple cleaning should not be necessary if I am able to clean them myself. The technicians said they did the best they could, but I am able to clean what they could not. read more

I had the worst experience I could possibly have. I had my sheep skin rug cleaned for $183 to remove pet stains. They gave it back to me with the same stains. They also had a crew working on my floors that day. I needed my travertine floor and grout cleaned. I have called them to tell them that I was not happy with the area rug and they just told told me that they will not attempt cleaning it again, and they will not give me a refund. They also told their crew to leave my house without any explanation. So the crew has dropped what they were doing and left. I was told by their representatives that they provide outstanding customer service, but nobody would even want to work with me. And I was also told that if I'm not happy with what they did, they would come back and redo it. To me it seem that it's just false advertising. They are also told me they are not coming back to clean my floors because (from receptionist words): " they cannot meet my expectations and they are not a good fit for me" read more

Company gave me an estimate for 1000 sf with stairs. Techs came to my home morning of appointment to measure. Carpeted areas measured 200 sf less and they tried charging me more! I was clearly told price was based on sf. So price should be lower not higher. In addition I was told they don't upsell additional products and the first thing they did was try to do just that. I wasted an entire morning as I canceled appointments, etc. they would not honor their original price which was based on more SF. They left with nothing done but my time wasted. read more

I had used Overturf's previously and they did a good job, so I chose to use them again to clean some area rugs and to apply some fabric protector to a couch and love seat. I did not ask them to clean the pieces, however, as they were just newly recovered. Long story short, they cleaned the couch and love seat, which changed the color of the new fabric before they applied the protectant. They also charged me $300 for the cleaning that I did not order. Unfortunately, my husband was home when they completed the job and did not review the bill before paying them. I emailed/called Overturf's when I discovered the oversight as well as the change in color to my couch and love seat. No one ever got back to me! I will never use them again nor recommend them! Unexcusable! Also, I used to receive numerous mailings/emails about specials/time for your cleaning, etc. Obviously they have taken me off their list so they no longer have to deal with me. I am extremely upset about the color change but after investing over $3000 in new fabric and labor, I am stuck with them for a while. read more
