10 stars! I've been using Koller Cleaning Services for a few years now and they are by far the best cleaning company I found in this area in over 18 years of living here. I am a realtor in the Clearwater / St Pete area. In the past, I have had to help many clients find cleaning companies for their homes before I list them. I've been through at least 20 cleaning people who say they can clean, but can not. I have the highest standards for cleaning myself and have expressed these expectations to whomever I hire. I tell them what needs to be done over the phone ahead of time and ask them if they're interested in doing the job. Then I meet them and leave them with a handwritten list and a pen so they could check off the items as they clean. I ask them to call me about 20 minutes before they are finished so I can come check the job out before I pay them. I can't tell you how many times I've showed up and they've told me the list has been completed when it hasn't. A client recommended Koller to me, saying their friend was the one who owned the business. They use them after they moved out of one of the rental properties I manage, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! Koller not only does the bare minimum but they also go above and beyond cleaning things they see that need to be cleaned even without me asking. They are very efficient and their prices are excellent, especially for how hard they work! I don't know how they do all they do so well in the short period of time that they do it! Koller always has several staff members at their headquarters, communicating with me as well as their automated service, reminding me of appointments. I admit I was cautious and skeptical about committing to pay hundreds for a deep clean to a company I had no experience with. I think it was a husband wife team that came. They arrived precisely on time. They requested to put in some extra hours it was so bad which I approved. I appreciated being asked first. There was excellent communication with the company throughout the process. I had to have my apartment deep cleaned to avoid eviction. So my life was hanging on the quality of their work. Landlord came for inspection right after they left and barely spent two minutes because the cleanliness was so apparent. It was pretty bad so I know it took tremendous effort to get it to the point they did. I'm quite confident in the amount of work that was done for the time they spent there. Yes it was expensive for a deep clean but you get what you pay for. They even fully cleaned and organized the refrigerator/ freezer. Communication with the company was excellent from start to finish so there were no surprises. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. they earned a 5-star review. read more

Very Expensive Mediocre Work We were lucky when Helene and Milton hit and only got a bit of seawater in the house. Since we were out of state at the time, our friend took the wet rugs outside and told us the floors need to be cleaned and disinfected. We turned to Koller to handle this problem so we could deal with all the others these storms handed us. My instructions were specific and specified multiple times in text and over phone. The primary goal was to clean and disinfect all floors including the closets and under all furniture. Everything else was secondary. Our 1600 sqft house is tile throughout. Koller sent three people who spent five hours cleaning my home. Also I was told a supervisor came by to ensure the work was done properly. When we arrived, we discovered no furniture had been moved outside of what our friend moved to get the carpets out. No closet floors nor that of the utility room were cleaned, and the grout around the exterior doors was stained. This cost me $680. Koller did offer to send someone out to see what needed to be redone. By that time, I already did what they should have done. I hired them to eliminate problems, not to create them. read more

I was looking for a cleaning service, so I went on Angie's list and read reviews. I read so many positive reviews about this company, that I thought I would give them a try... Two very sweet ladies, Lucia and Madeline, showed up with vacuums and all the cleaning supplies, in-hand! They worked quickly and thoroughly!!! They were here for 3 hours, and my house looks amazing! They cleaned ceiling fans, cleaned baseboards, and SO MUCH for 3 hours!!!! When I went back to admire the work again, I noticed that they folded the end of the toilet paper into cute little triangles, and made little flowers out of the top tissue on the tissue box (like a hotel does)!! They also put a liner in the bathroom garbage bags and my kitchen garbage! Seriously, I can't wait for them to come back! read more

Ana from Koller explained to me what a deep cleaning would consist of the time it would take and the price. I decided to hire Koller for the deep cleaning and very happy with the service. They did exactly what they said they would and my home was beautifully cleaned. They were able to complete their work with very little disruption to my daily routine. The gals arrived on time and with all supplies. Irena asked to see the extent of the work that I hoped to have done within the scope of the time I had paid for. I asked for the focus to be dusting all flat surfaces (including 6 sets of blinds), then sweeping, then mopping, as there was a great deal of remodel dust that was keeping me from wanting to put our area rugs back down. The gals launched in to their respective tasks and I worked alongside and as hard as they did. I was a bit frustrated with Christina, the second gal, whom i was not able to 'prod' to work a little less thoroughly on the window blinds (Irena finished 4 sets of blinds and most of my den in the time Christina took to do two sets of blinds). She was just a bit more 'thorough' /time laborious all-around, so that Irena needed to work harder and I had to do much more than I'd hoped in order to get 'it all' cleaned in the allotted 3 hours. I liked that Irena kept checking with me as to what was 'next', so that I could keep them both working on my priority items. She was extremely detail oriented and quick, pity there weren't two of her! I was disappointed that, in order to mop their way out of the house I forfeited 7-10 minutes (x 2) of time that could have been used cleaning the microwave out, cleaning a toilet, or sweeping one of the rugs that I had put back down on a mopped and dry (bathroom) floor. Considering the Angie's 'Big Deal', the $99 I paid was money exceedingly well spent and I am delighted with having things as clean as they are. I was far more pleased (despite Christina's less expedient cleaning style) with this team (& Koller, as a company) than I was with the two maids /service I used to clean out a home my husband & I had rented before moving to this home. As a result, I a) would consider using Koller again and b) have already recommended them (tonight, to our neighbors). Vivi, the woman who makes/confirms/rescheduled appointments was great. I especially appreciated the company's flexibility, when our remodel guy took an extra 3 days, in getting her team of two (as I'd requested) in as soon as possible 'after the dust settled' (i.e., after the remodel guy was gone but quick enough so we didn't have to live with the dust/aftermath for more than 24 hours). read more

They showed up on time and did an incredible job. I have a long haired cat and it's nearly impossible to keep our house cat fluff free. They were super nice to my cat and respectful of all my belongings as well while moving them to do a deep clean. Vivienne and Lucia were very professional, diligent, detailed, and worked with my budget and time frame. I will definitely be using them again. Paid over $200 for this cleaning service that did not do the job. Dirty ceiling fans. dust under small TV on table because they dusted around it. sand under small area rug because they were too lazy to sweep under rug. It looks like the cleaned around everything with out moving anything. My previous cleaner charged $85 and did a way better job. Too bad she moved, don't believe all the good reviews read more
