I was looking for someone to do a "move in" cleaning on a home I just purchased that had been in foreclosure. She gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. When the interior painting was going to take longer than expected, Breginia was flexible and moved our previously scheduled appointment to 2 days later. Breginia & her team showed up on time and ready to work....unfortunately, the guys installing the appliances in the house did not. They were making a mess in the kitchen (including excessive dust from cutting granite), making the simultaneous cleaning pointless. Since I was moving in the next afternoon, Breginia rearranged her schedule to come back herself the next morning to finish the cleaning before I moved in. I couldn't believe that- I was SO thankful.
