Be careful she doesnt accuse you of 'highway robbery' Go look at her responses to people on google reviews she claims all sorts of dishonest things as to why she charges over $1200.. YES 1200!!!!!! for a deep clean! She claims she has to clean our alll your cabinets and chandeliers ... even if you dont have any said cabinets or chandeliers. Super dishonest I felt so bad for that person. How she conducts herself she comes off as very defensive when an actual responsible business owner would be genuine and honest to resolve any issues before landing herself a bad review, she has no conflict resolution management skills. Thats what you get going with FL crackheads. Warning DO NOT let this woman into your home. There are screenshots of her lying then editting her responses. She is a compulsive liar. Her website and herself will continuously say 'Deep Cleans start at $300' IN NO WORLD WILL SHE ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU THAT AMOUNT. HIDDEN FEES GALORE!! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Never had a maid service bait and switch like this. Do not believe her website or her on the phone if she says 'sure it starts at $300, let me come to your home to give you a quote' You will waste your time letting some maid service come to your house just to NOT clean. She will then tell you her service is actually over 1k ..FOR A DEEP CLEAN. Be careful out there folks it isnt worth it risking with this one

Justin didn't call back when he said he would. Nor did he show up on time. I had a feeling I should…read morebe concerned. But he could do the work right away and he told me he was late because of a sick kid. Then he said he himself was under the weather. It is cold and flu season so I figured it was possible. While they were working these guys were acting bizarre. Being verbally loud, and making unnecessary noises. At one point I thought someone was hurt they were yelling so much. After starting the job Justin complained saying 'this is a lot harder to work with then I thought." Even though I was giving him a $125.00 bonus to do the job on Saturday. He asked for cash and to this date, one month later. He hasn't given me a receipt. I made the big mistake of leaving before they had finished the job. I was notified of a memorial service at the last minute. So I left before they had finished the ceilings. Now I realize I should have canceled and rescheduled the job. Or if I could see into the future I would have never used them to do any work. My disabled son stayed to pay them the cash they requested. I told my son to ask questions. My son told me these guys were mocking him when he asked why they didn't paint the hall. Actually what he saw was they textured over the drywall and left the drywall visible. That is what he was questioning. Also there are peaks and snowdrifts in the spakel which follow no pattern. Justin took a smooth ceiling and made it textured without asking me. Then he didn't finish the texturing up to the edges. I know a professional would not do a job this way. They also left a crease on the ceiling in the hallway and blade marks in the design. It looks terrible. Just to further show the low quality of service. They left a huge mess. My son would never notice they left a mess of drywall dust all over the house. When I left they were done cutting and hanging the drywall. This means the drywall dust all over my house happened from the drapes on the floor. They washed there equipment up in the front yard. So there are large drywall pebbles all over the front yard. I heard from Justin who told me it is normal to let the drywall show through and the mess happened during the process. But he agreed to come and make an attempt to improve the poor spakling he had done... that was four weeks ago. Since then he's 'Canceled' three times. He's just stringing me along. He has no intention of fixing the mess he made. Overall I am very dissatisfied with thier work. I have pictures which I have included. Pictures don't tell stories. I payed 800.00 for this messy work. I have reported Justin to the FL Consumer General for not providing me with a receipt and not completing the job, as agreed.

We have called Kevin at least 4 times now and he just says he will have the guys come back and fix it but they never do. What they don't realize is the guy who installs for them is ripping them off also. I had Kevin go to my brothers place because he did not like the carpet from Lowe's he had installed just a year ago. My brother got new carpet from Kevin and the installer took the old( but new) carpet over to the neighbors and only charged them to install it and paid him. He wanted to charge them for the padding my brother paid for but didn't use because his old was better but my brother reminded him it was already paid for.
