It was comforting to us that Andy does the work himself and didn't just come in to sell his company while sending in a less experienced team - he is his company, and stands behind his work. From the first contact he was kind, knowledgeable and his attention to detail was apparent. He was flexible with our unique schedule, taking special care to not disturb my husband who works nights, and finished ahead of schedule. Andy's work was impeccable. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Andy Norris Painting in the future or to recommend him to friends and family.

However, when Patrick…read morecame to provide an estimate, he impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism as a representative of the company. On the first day of the rebuilding process, the project manager, Taz, arrived early to introduce himself and give me a summary of the work that would be done, along with the names of each team member who would be working in my home. This helped to put me at ease. Each day, the team arrived on time, and Taz kept me informed about the tasks that would be completed by the end of the day. Their punctuality is outstanding. Most importantly, Taz and his team cleaned up after themselves every day. I appreciate their care and communication regarding my property. I will definitely reach out to this company again, and I would be happy to refer them to friends and family.

I just wanted to leave a review of my good experience of my phone call with Jenni from mold…read moremasters. I saw a targeted advertisement on my words with friends game this morning, and normally, I wouldn't even contact anything that is directly advertised to me. But, as I told Jenni, I felt like it was meant to be, for me to call them. I had a very good experience with her and felt that she was knowledgeable and caring. They are coming out tomorrow for inspection and air sampling, and Tuesday and I will update my review at that time. ******** Update: the specialist, John, came in and made us feel very comfortable about the process. All my interactions with this business, from the time I called Jenni, to my interactions today, were so positive, which is not something I get from all companies I deal with on a regular basis. I felt empowered to make good decisions about what needs to happen next with our home. Samples were sent to the lab. The good news is, he didn't see or smell any mold. It was $295 for the hygrometer and lab testing visit. They also offer free demos but we decided to go directly to the appointment. I was able to choose from a variety of immediate appointments, and he arrived, on time, the very next day after I spoke to the owners. I was very impressed with that. I would highly recommend this company. I can tell they have integrity and I felt confident to hire a reputable local (Tampa Bay) business. There was no upswell, no sale tactics. Anyone that knows me, knows that I write simple, honest reviews and am not swayed by people, big or small companies and I'm just a regular retired housewife who doesn't have a business to represent or a horse in the race, as the saying goes. So when you read my reviews you get my honest initial impressions and further assessments. Thank you for reading. Will update as things unfold and we get lab reports back.
