WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment 3-Uses their own license (yes this is a thing-some contractors pay to use others licenses) 4-The installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. I called the number and Olivia quickly scheduled for me. This morning 9:00am Mr. Cliff Sikes showed up on time with his pickup truck. He checked the damaged soffits and said he can fix right away. I was so happy. Cliff not just fixed damaged pieces, he also tighten the whole area and carefully checked every piece by piece and make sure they are all fixed.
