He is a straight liar. The fact is, he didn't put any wedges, as he admitted so. And he is refusing to fix it regardless of warranty. This is from BBB: (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Amazing, how a supposedly legitimate man can bluntly lie. He offered a full refund, and when I asked him to put it in writing, he reneged it. Here's a fact. He admitted the gutters have no wedges. Per the contract, he owes me some wedges. I request that he pays for another company to install the wedges properly. I also video recorded where he decided to leave the property and not honor the contract. It was his choice. 09/11/2020 Forward Business Response to Customer 09/10/2020 Receive Business Response On 9/9/2020 I arrived to the customers home to discuss possible warranty issues and what we could do to make her happy. We walked the home to address her concerns and I explained how the gutters were pitched properly with the gutter guard system. While noticing how well the downspouts were flowing so we discussed the functionality of the gutters and she said they were working fine they just looked retarded. The fix that she was requesting was not necessary due to gutters working fine. She then started to curse at me and demanded a full refund. After I explained that a full refund was totally out of the question. She then demanded that we leave the property. We left.
