The workers were professional and friendly. Workmanship was superb. There was a supervisor on the site most all of the time. They even corrected the pool cage roof tie-in to fix a leak. All of the paperwork was filed quickly and they even provided all of the documentation for testing requirements and wind resistance. I followed up via email yesterday and only then did I receive a response with an excuse: apparently, their workmen "did not feel comfortable" working on our third-story roof. They're roofers--how is a multi-story home a surprise? Why bother coming out if they weren't prepared or qualified to do the job in the first place? This felt like a waste of our time and an unprofessional way to handle customer service. If you're looking for reliability and follow-through, I suggest looking elsewhere.
