John Scott Roofing was the place that gave us the best estimate. They also were fairly friendly, very timely, came over with a contract, told us in advance what would be done, what type of guarantee, what would not be covered, such as previous solar panel, things like that (very honest). Will try to post before and after pics, there was so much going on in life at the time that we decided to replace our roof (it was nearing the end of its life and we decided to go with a financing plan, for it is not fair to insurers and to other homeowners to ever make claims that are not accurate, and this company is accurate, trustworthy and not some fly-by-night come knocking on your door). Just good things to say...what can I say?
