I work in procurement, sourcing large equipment and big construction projects. So, guaranteeing the best price and quality in the fastest time-frame are my 3 biggest priorities. Bone Dry Home Services' prices are good, but I always want to make sure quality isn't sacrificed whenever someone outbids the competition. I spent a lot of time researching and talking with different roofing contractors, but overall I felt the most confident about Daniel Leone. I knew he was going to do a full, complete job updating everything to Florida's strict hurricane code, and using high quality shingles, underlayment and nails in the process. Also, the Bone Dry warranty was comparable to its more expensive competition.
