He then made a repair to stop the leak, which worked great for over a year. Then I noticed another minor leak in close proximity to the last leak. I called Mike again and he was very responsive and exactly on-time. Again it was the same problem which he took care of. I then asked him to check the age of my roof and give me a quote, which he did. The age of the roof was over 16 years old and since I really like Mike, but I don't want to see him on a regular basis I decided to have his team replace my roof.
