We had a terrible closed cell insulation job done by another company. After a very expensive fog test we were told we were only 20% insulated. We were completely ghosted by another company who wouldn't even give us a quote after requiring the $550 fog test that we did have completed. I was scared. Our electric bill went up into the $600's in summer. We had to worry about mildew. We weren't up to code. Tyler, Trey and Taylor come out to take a look. They talked to me about concerns and expectations. They gave me a quote on the spot. These guys were on it! We had to have our soffit removed and then closed cell foam sprayed to fill the large obvious gaps and new soffit replaced. Every single person that came onto our property was respectful. Professional. Prepared. Punctual. Tyler would check in periodically to make sure my expectations were being met. That I was comfortable and to answer any questions I had. They did not hit me with extra fees or charges. The job was completed in a timely manner even considering the great Florida freeze we had. It was refreshing to have a company come out and lay it out on the table so you understand what is to be done, how much it will cost, the time it will be done and then actually do what they say. We have been scammed by two companies for a large amount of money since living in Lakeland. I am very hesitant and afraid to hire contractors.
