We bought a new construction house and the builder contracted Gale Insulation to fill our attic. We have had serious cooling issues since we moved in. We got the run around with the builder and the AC company for weeks! Finally an HVAC tech suggested that someone check the insulation. The builder contacted Gale Insulation, and they sent Logan and Charlie. They were incredible! Finally, someone actually listened to me! They weren't condescending like the builder and the HVAC techs. Logan was thorough, found the problem, and solved it!
Logan and Charlie were fast, professional, and empathetic. I would give both of them 5 stars or more! I'm going to give Gale Insulation one fewer stars as a company because someone didn't install our insulation correctly in the first place which could have prevented this whole nightmare from happening. Normally, I would give a company that messed up this much 1 star. But Logan and Charlie were so incredible that I'm going to give Gale Insulation 4 stars overall. In fact, I would use them again, but I would ask for Logan and Charlie :)
