We were weekly clients and on this last clean, not even our master bathroom toilet was scrubbed and cleaned. When we approached Kara, she let us know she didn't scrub but put cleaning solution in there....thank you...I sprayed my windows downstairs with windex but for some reason there are streaks...Usually one must scrub to clean. Our lamps were never wiped down, under our kitchen table was not cleaned, our cabinets weren't wiped down...and trash wasn't taken out.....to top this off when we approached Kara, she had a justification for these things, and in fact combated us. You literally run a cleaning service yet don't do the whole job and think your clients should understand.
