This place is hit and miss. Sometimes I go in and there's no problem and great service. Other times when I go in I have to deal with this one guy (Mr. Hipster; you can't miss him). I have been a patron at this location for over 25 years. The staff are always helpful and efficient. I used to use the copy machines and fax machines more, but now it is mostly for mailing packages. I had a terrible experience due to Unprofessional Employee :( I mean it was outrageously offensive. Seriously, absolutely horrendous experience all thanks to one employee. The individual assisting me was not only unhelpful but also displayed a shocking level of combativeness, rudeness and incompetence. Their attitude was beyond unacceptable, making what should have been a simple transaction a nightmare. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism in a service-oriented business. Kudos to the manager for showing the proper care and respect but my goodness... this guy was like a rabid dog. Unleashing pent up rage. It was street corner nonsense. I will be taking my business elsewhere because I can't trust what this guy will do if I come by without a witness. Zero stars for this dismal experience. This is the best UPS store I found because the people are so helpful. I actually go out of my way from longer distance and come to this one for that reason. I called to see if this place is still open for a notary and they told me yes and I let them know what time I was going to be there when I got there they told me they don't have enough time to do the notary they're very rude unprofessional. Not only was there a customer in the store with her mask down around her chin (not covering her nose), this customer was letting her maskless child run around unattended. As if this wasn't bad enough, one of the employees was in the back, also not wearing a mask. Then he started walking behind the emplyees who were helping me, still without his mask. It was at this point that I grabbed my packages and walked out of this business. I don't want to patronize a business that doesn't care about my health and safety. I just left this store and am very concerned. I have been to this store countless times as I am a long time resident of the neighborhood. Usually they print my labels for me for a small fee and then attach the labels right there in front of me. This time however the gentleman working today did not. I voiced my concern not once, not twice but three times only for him to dismiss me and take my packages to the back with the preprinted labels still unattached. I told him again that they were sales and it was important not to get the labels and packages confused. So here I sit wondering if my packages will make their destination. For the second time, an item I dropped off as an Amazon return (no box/packing needed - just a QR code or number) has been lost or misplaced and, 2+ weeks later, Amazon still has not received it! Calls to Amazon say that if the item is not received by them in the next 10 days, my credit card will be charged again - even though I did my part to send it back (via this UPS store). Amazing customer service, super quick and cheerful handling a line of customers. Was busy today in the store but the woman at the desk made sure the line kept moving. Customers here were very nice and patient too waiting for turn and lining up socially distanced per store rules. Really disappointing service with an associate named Brian. I brought in quite a few returns from Amazon and left for the day, validated my items and noticed one of the tracking #s was missing. I called the location and spoke to Brian. Just asked if perhaps they have any packages missing a label or if everything was picked up so I could come by to attach it. He explains that it's Amazon's problem and should be checking with them in a few days. I asked if it was then possible that the person who helped me maybe didn't scan the item, but he said probably not and he really needed to get back to his customers. I just let him know have a good day, please help your other customers since he couldn't do anything over the phone. I can understand where I could have checked but it's unfortunate that you couldn't attempt to help or not consider that I was a customer too. I would say as far as a UPS goes this one is par for the course. Everyone here is nice. They do work as fast as they can which is great. Parking is okay and they don't seem like the busiest place. I take them a variety of transactions and have never had any problems with something not being received.
