WHERE'S THE OPTION FOR 0 STARS??? Only giving it a 1 star because unfortunately I can't give zero. I have been to this location many times before but have never had an experience as terrible as this one. While I was pulling up the labels for my packages on my phone, the line ahead of me moved surprisingly fast and internet connection dropped inside the store. The owner at the front was incredibly rude when I wasn't ready with the labels.When I explained that the internet dropped but I was trying to get the labels for all 3 packages, and all he said was that I should leave, take pictures next time, or I needed to be faster because it was my fault. How rude!!! And when I told him that I was trying to get the right labels for all my packages and there were only 2 newly-arrived people behind me, he says, "I should've called security to take you outside for taking this long." Seriously?!? I told him that was super unprofessional and he needed to wait a sec, and before you know it, all my labels popped up and he shut right up! I absolutely couldn't believe that the owner was so unnecessarily ill-mannered and completely out of line. Definitely never going back to that ridiculous place ever again. Unreasonable prices for printing. To print my resume, I was told I have to pay $6.95 to use my thumb drive on the computer then the charge for printing. Rip off!!!!! I would rather go to FedEx and only pay for the paper I choose to print on. FedEx is a lot more accommodating. read more

Zero stars -0 My first bad review and hopefully last. I went here tonight to drop off a box that I had a prepaid label for. I needed the UPS clear sleeve envelope to place the label in and the nice lady at the counter told me where to get it. I took some more envelopes knowing that I had to ship more packages out. While I was checking out, a short bald man-employee rudely grabbed the envelopes out of my hand (what kind of person does that?) and rudely said I could not take them. I was very shocked and said I had more packages to ship out. He rudely said I couldn't take them because they are the property of UPS. I thanked the nice lady who helped me and I just left. Assuming the owner is running the store with no help. It's the busiest time of year and no workers?!? Cheap! Always a line and rude customer service. The lady with short hair will try to do multiple things while helping a customer. Finish the transaction before you leave for few minutes to move boxes that have nothing to do with my transaction. We are using this UPS Store to receive mail for our non-profit organization. We've used them for almost a year now and have had no problems whatsoever. Each time we walk into the store we are greeted in a professional and friendly manner. The monthly rates are very reasonable. Upon walking through the store I notice they offer a variety of services I will definitely consider using for personal business such as notorizing documents, shipping services, packaging services, and copying services. The staff at this UPS store is always on point and very professional. I have been to other UPS stores that are not nearly as organized or well run as this one. The owners are quick to help with any issues and have always been very pleasant to work with. I like that it is one of the few places left in town that remembers you when you come in and has the small town welcoming feel. They are a busy store in a very busy shopping center so you can't always plan to be in and out quickly but as long as you walk in with manners you'll walk out feeling good about the business. read more

I was in here twice in one week for the same thing [to make copies]. I was charged a different price each time

I needed an early morning print job done. All I needed to do was print my resume really quick. I got there 15 minutes after they opened and was in a hurry but I held the door open for a lady and the person at the register helped her first, even though I was there first. Not normally a big deal, heck I'd never bring that up in a review except by letting the lady jump the line, I had to wait about 10 minutes while she printed out a label and proceeded to ring her up. I've mailed stuff at other UPS stores and even the usps and it never took 10 minutes to ask " where is it going/ return address?/ is this address correct?/when do you want it to get there? Can you sign this receipt?" So if you need to mail something quick, this isn't your spot. Now on to the reason I actually was there, I had to use the computer and log on to my email to be able to print the resume and application. So here they do it where they charge by the minute and printing is by the page. That's not unreasonable, and common practice but when you get up from the computer to check your print job on the printer, in the 10 seconds you are AFK, it goes back to the start menu and you have to re-click on all the things To get back on and re log into email etc. and reopen my email it sucks all while being charged. That in itself is an extra minute and a half. So, once I got back to the computer, I had to re open my email because the printer printed about a paragraph lighter than the rest of gym document. I thought my resume had a paragraph in the wrong font color, so I opened it up, nope, it's all uniform. Then I opened it up in word and highlighted the whole document and made everything automatic black just to be sure, and it printed bad again. Fast forward to me having to relit in again since I didn't move the mouse in 5 seconds ( like no joke, the printer was about 8' from the computer and after the first time, I moved with a quickness and still got timed out) So I gave up on that print job and went to print the application for the interview. It's 5 pages so the first time I printed it, only 3 pages came out and they were all blank. Still got charged. So 1 re log in rodeo later, I hit pint again and all 5 come out. At this point I decide I'm done and log off and hit " print receipt". I was going to ask to be refunded for the blank pages and tell them that I think their toner is going out, but the damn receipt page printed blank too!!! So I gave up. This is my cautionary tale to let you know if you're in a hurry and need quality, don't come here. I wasted a whole bunch of time and I could probably have done some troubleshooting to figure out the issues I had, but when you pay by the minute, I decided I'll just go somewhere else and try again. I also needed 8 pages total printed and wound up with 14 pages of substandard and mostly unusable pages. This nightmare that would have cost me less than a $1 at FedEx kinkos cost me $9 and now I'm leaving kinkos with perfect docs and I'm an hour behind my errands. They get 2 stars because who knows, maybe it was just my bad experience and hey do open 30 minutes earlier than nearby UPS stores and they are conveniently located. read more

So I went to return a box containing directtv receivers because I cancelled my service. I requested a printed receipt that showed I did in fact show up and dropped off the Direct tv company sent box with the equipment inside. The lady at the desk REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY receipt stating I was there with a date and time. NOR did she allow me to take a picture of her scanning the box.... but wait there's more. I ASKED HER TO SCAN THE BOX IN FRONT OF ME (giving me piece of mind that it's actually scanned and logged digitally).... NOPE SHE REFUSED THAT AS WELL saying it will eventually get scanned and shipped! SHE THEN says UPS has a contract w DIRECTV TO NOT PRINT OUT RECEIPTS OF ANY KIND. SO BASICALLY what you are telling me is that they are in on it to screw they customers and shift the blame game back and forth that a) customer never returned anything b) ups never sent it c) direct tv denying everything so that they can stick you with a nice bill for non equipment returns with no proof ever that it was indeed sent in the first place. THIS IS SO CRAZY BECAUSE I have been there before with many returns for various companies AND IT WAS UPS THAT OFFERED ME A RETURN RECEIPT without no hassle at all!!! LUCKILY, I recalled on the direct tv shipped box saying USPS as well. So I did what the next smart person would do to ask for any verification of any transaction when dealing with HUGE CORPORATIONS ... I demanded my package back because they still haven't scanned anything and drove it to the nearest USPS. ... GUESS WHAT. GUESS WHO PROFESSIONALLY AND courteously and quickly printed me a return receipt!!!! THE MFKING USPS WHO TYPICALLY GETS THE SHORTER END OF THE STICK FOR THEIR SERVICE. They even stated they have a contract with DIRECTTV and always suggest printing receipts otherwise you could easily be liable for all the ""lost or never returned equipment!!" Oh btw the same lady said USPS doesn't do it as well. Hmmmm. I guess I know where my money will be going. I've been screwed over by DIRECTTV FOR OVER 4 YEARS ON MY BILLS AND CONTRACT. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Every time I have been in here, the man who owns the place is the RUDEST person, ever. He rushes customers, and tells them they need to hurry. Today, when I dropped something, and was not moving fast enough, he came over to the counter, to "help" the girl helping me. He told me, quite rudely, while pointing at me, that they charge to tape the box that I was making the return in (I ship back and forth with Amazon frequently, and have never been told this. And when he is not in the store, the ladies NEVER have told me this) he then, also very rudely, told the young lady that she was taping it wrong, and and made her re-do it. This is not the first time he has done this. This is the fourth. The last time I was in here, I commented to him how rude he was, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I took my things, and left to go to another UPS store. I will never go back to this one, and you shouldn't, either. Another thing to point out is, he only has women working in the store. He is rude to ALL of them. I went in to scan a doc to my email. The scanner didn't work have to upload via USB. As the employee set up the computer I was reading the price as $0.59 per minute and $6.95 with the use of the card. I already knew I was going to use it for less than 2 min. He then proceeded to ask for my credit card to access the computer I said can I pay cash his reply was "we cannot access the computer without the use of card". Why would you post price per min if your going to charge $6.95 by default. I needed to take care of business so I payed the $6.95. I came home jumped on Yelp to see other people were charged different amounts. So I would say this place is unfair. read more

BEWARE!!!! Wanted to charge $3.87 for a legal envelope with two sheets of paper inside. I could have folded it and put it in an envelope for the price of a stamp. When I questioned the man, he quickly changed the amount to $1.98. I frequently mail the same legal envelope to the same location every few weeks , and it is ALWAYS under $2.00 at other locations. Beware!! this place is a JOKE!! they packaged a $500 bat that I was returning they packaged it and sent it then my package arrived empty. Someone stole the bat. They dragged it out for two week that they were looking into it and had a horrible attitude the whole time. now saying they will not cover the cost. I came to your store on 8/14/2019 to pick up a package. The package was addressed to my wife. I presented my ID and tracking number to the employee. The employee refused to give me the package saying that the address on my California license does not match the address on the package. I gave the employee the email sent to me by UPS store and the email says to bring an ID and tracking number to pick up the package. It did not say anything about an address being correct on the ID. He told me it was the store policy not to give the package if the address is not correct. Then later he denied this to me when I told him that I would contact corporate about it. He also said that the email was generated electronically by UPS Store and is not valid. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I asked the guy that in order to get the package I have to go to DMV and change my address and change my last name to my wife's name to get the package. The guy was insistent and had zero customer service skills! read more

I walked in about 6:20 after a 10 hour shift speeding to get there before they closed and completed my transactions by the deadline time they closed at 6:30. I had my things boxed, ready to go (minus tape) and was confronted by a very disgruntled lady (I've dealt with her a couple of times on occasion and she's always been just as sour as always). After spending almost SEVENTY DOLLARS to ship 3 packages snail mail ground she proceeded to carelessly handle and drop 2 of the 3 packages on the ground and give a damn about doing it. It took everything I had not to ask her if my $70 wasn't good enough for her during business hours. Not only that, but my tracking numbers don't even show up 2 days later as being processed yet!!!! UPS, your reputation stands. You are a garbage company to ship through, overpriced, full of yourselves, unreliable, and you provide absolutely repulsive service while having the worst representatives to back it up. I'll go to FedEx next time. Half the price, a friendly staff, and they don't run on bankers hours. Get with it. read more

this review is mostly about computer use been here a few times. one lady who works there has been nice to my gramma. but, not too happy with my latest visit. went ONLY to use the computer to print-out ONE page. they charge a minimum of $3.80 for five mins of use even though I literally used the computer for less than 60 seconds. then they charge a ridiculous .23 for ONE copy. complained about the price and the lady's b*****y comment to my displeasure (i specifically said i would never be back) was "no worries." a standard "I'm sorry" is better wording to use in this case. RIP OFF! will definitely be looking around for another copy shop in Tracy or maybe kinkos. I mean, at that price for use, a few copies should at least be complementary, don't you think? read more

$27 surcharge for mailing 4 certified letters? I went to the Post Office on December 5, 2018 and learned it was closed due the mourning of President Bush's passing. Someone said UPS stores can send certified mail with return receipt. COOL. I immediately went to my local UPS store on Tracy Blvd. I had 4 of them to send out for a lien sale. I usually pay around $9 for each one at the post office and I expected to pay $10 each (a minor mark up). The clerk was very kind and processed the transaction very efficiently. When she rang up the purchase, it was $63.52 (4 x $15.88). I was accustomed to pay around $37 so I asked if it there was an error (extra $27). She replied that was the correct price. I paid the bill and went home, but the $27 surcharge continued to bother me. I called another UPS store and they said the price was $6.90 plus postage. I called my local UPS store back and learned the $6.90 did not include the return receipt (around $2 more from the post office). The clerk on the phone indicated they charge a little more for the return postcard. On their receipt, it does state "US Postal Rates are subject to surcharge". I just did NOT expect it to be $27. Moral of the story - If you go someplace new, ask the price FIRST. You may change your mind... read more

This has been our main mailing address for the past 2 years. My husband had always wanted to get a PO Box number rather than using our home address. Initially I was hesitant but I am so glad we did. Recently we had a number of mailboxes broken into in and around our neighborhood, I hear all the horror stories people have to endure when this happens, and having at times their identity stolen. Whenever we get a package, we get an email notifying us so that we can pick up. They've held our mail for over 2 weeks at a time. Excellent, friendly staff. Highly recommend it. read more
