Never had any issues with the employees here especially that guy that's always there. He makes the wait all the better. He's funny and speaks to every customer. For once a non miserable English speaking postal employee. Do be prepared to wait though. There's usually only one employee working at any given time. This used to be my favorite post office in Staten until they removed the APC machine which I used to avoid the line. No only one location on Staten has that machine. Try them out!

I had the most professional, exceptional and helpful service last week from Postal Connections…read more They truly went above and beyond. I was vacationing in Florida. I had received an email that needed to be printed and overnighted immediately. While my hotel offered a place to print, they were unsure where I could find a local Fed Ex store. I didn't have a car with me so the stress on a Saturday was quickly rising as to how I would meet my deadline, when my daughter suggested calling Postal Connections. I am recently a new customer to their store so new, they don't know me. I took a chance and called. I was able to email them my letter. They printed it for me and then packaged & Fed Ex'd it for me all while I sat poolside never having to hunt down a local Fed Ex. It was selfless in that they were busy but they understood my desperation and literally jumped into action. I will be a forever customer now. Their staff is incredible!! Thank you Postal Connections!

The finished bottle exceeded my expectations and turned out beautifully. If you're looking for custom engraving with a personal touch, I highly recommend her. Her talent speaks for itself, and I will definitely be returning for future gifts! Thank you for helping me create the perfect Teacher of the Year gift!

Where do I even begin with describing how absolutely wonderful Michele is?…read more I spent what felt like ages looking for a calligrapher who could pre-fill out my ceremonial marriage certificate and to do the placecards for the wedding reception. After sending many emails and not hearing back from anyone, I decided to do a Yelp blast and Michele was the first person to respond. Even though she's based on Staten Island, we were able to work out a time to meet up in the city for both drop off and pick up of my items. Throughout the entire process, Michele was amazing. She is incredibly attentive to detail, really cares about producing quality work that would fill her clients with joy, oh, and she happens to be the world's biggest sweetheart. As she worked, she contacted me to show me her progress and when I saw the place cards she made for my husband and me, I totally ugly cried some tears of joy! It was such a beautiful and surreal moment! Her prices are also so incredibly reasonable and transparent! I will definitely be working with her again in the future!
