Clumsy me.. I was looking for a USPS store; I thought I looked up and was going to one but ended up at this UPS store LOL. I was glad I didn't leave. The woman who helped me with my return package was so bubbly and helpful! It really sent good vibes. Before I was helped by her, I noticed she was helping a previous customer at one of their machines, and already noticed how attuned she was with customers. I was happy that I was in and out of the store within 10 mins. There were about 5 other customers in the store ahead of me but social distancing was maintained. Had a great experience with Angie at the UPS store on Richmond Ave. She has a pleasant personality and was so efficient. I had to return a telescope shipping to Arizona cost $250. Got home and found out we could return product to NJ. I called UPS. Luckily I had Angie on the phone and she was able to make the address adjustment without us having to make the trip back to UPS. We saved more than half the original cost of the return. It can be stressful when you have a line of people waiting to be helped, but Angie was just as pleasant and helpful on the phone as when she was at the store. I shipped a package with this store on May 9th 2019. A sale I had made. It was a package from usp service. This ups store takes usps packages for shipping. I kept checking the tracking number and saw no movement. After contacting both parties involved and each one blaming the other (ups-usps) I went to the store with zero help. Since it's a usps I take photos of the package at the location to assure my buyers the package was shipped. To make a long story short my buyer cancel and the store is unwilling to find the package. I would give zero stars if I could do not use this place for shipping. UPDATE - my buyer canceled the sale and I have to wait 30 days before they are willing to look for it. What bullshit. read more

I needed two documents printed and laminated, so I went into UPS store 7089 to do so on September 30, 2020 in the evening. A gentleman to the right was helping a woman in front of me while a lady was on the register/computer ahead of me. I let him know what I was trying to do and he was about to hand me the store card to email the documents when I let him know I had a card already. I emailed the documents at 1829hrs, he printed them out in black and white, albeit the documents were red and white. I accepted them in black and white and grabbed some tape and stood back in line there were no customers in line at the time. Both workers were with customers at the time so I stood in line to be checked out by whoever was free first not knowing how long the gentkeman would be helping the lady in front of me. The lady straight ahead was free first. I stepped up to her when she said her computer logged out. She walked to the right where the man was working and began an elongated log in process. While she was "logging in." The gentleman walked to her computer and instantly rang up the woman who was in line behind me. It appeared that the female worker was purposely trying to delay service to me... Her and I had no prior interactions, I did notice some her body language and they way she was looking at me when I walked in through my shades I was wearing at the time, did not think any kf that would effect anythjng when it came to business. read more
