Never had any issues with the employees here especially that guy that's always there. He makes the wait all the better. He's funny and speaks to every customer. For once a non miserable English speaking postal employee. Do be prepared to wait though. There's usually only one employee working at any given time. This used to be my favorite post office in Staten until they removed the APC machine which I used to avoid the line. No only one location on Staten has that machine. Try them out!

They do not ever want to do their jobs correctly or satisfy a customer. I can't stand this place.

They forged my signature and dropped the box in front of my door in a black plastic bag. Opened the bag the box is soaking wet and smelled like vinegar. Took it back to the post office the next day and explained to the supervisor, it was delivered signature required I never signed and presented her the box inside the plastic bag. She whispered to the teller "those are MTA uniforms" then tells me they had an entire shipment of boxes that came to them wet. Yet instead of sending them back and saying it was damaged in transit they decided to send them to me. Because of my connections I called another post office and had them run the tracking number and I was told "someone signed it as if they were you and they spelled your first name wrong" . Isn't that a federal offense? The supervisor sent it back "refused" so, now I have to call the uniform company and tell them what happened and let them know to look out for the damaged box and to resend the uniforms to me once they receive the package. I have so many horror stories from this post office including my income tax check never made it to me and it was cashed. IRS did an investigation sent me another check. That one was cashed too but, yet it made it to the post office both times. I'm over them.
