Had a passport appointment at 2:45 I got there 2:50 waited on line after I went to the window it was 3:02 the lady just looked at me and my 5 month old baby and said noo I explained to her I was waiting in line she didn't care she just said nooo to bad very rude nasty disgusting workers. read more

One of the employees behind the window is straight up hypochondriac. Heavyset lady. She's paranoid of Covid, won't touch anything with a stamp affixed to it that requires licking, despite that theory of transmission being dispelled a year ago. Sits there with gloves, mask, and face shield, and is very snippy with customers. I saw her yell at 3 people while I was in line last time I was in. Two of them yelled back. Generally, post office is rather slow, and often unreliable for receiving packages. But this location is clean, at least. 3 stars because it's much nicer than the hell hole I used to have to go to in Brooklyn. read more

You do not get but a minus 10+! My parcel first class picked up on December 16 2020 10306. And on December 17, 2020 arrival scanned and pending.... Its been 7 days and still pending.... my parcel is a Christmas gift for family..and my parcel won't be here for them to take home with them! Sad! I worked for the USPS in Des Moines, Iowa. Post office customer service has really went down hill you can no longer call your local post office and have to go through a 800 number and that is useless if your trying to find a package why do I have to waste time and gas for them to look for my missing package it's either there or not read more

I've been coming here with my dad for years now. My brother and I always had to tag along with him on his errands and always hated coming here because it was a way off from home. It's a pretty standard location. We'd usually just go through the drive-through drop off mailboxes. But once in a while, we'd have to go in to buy stamps or get boxes or something. Usually, my dad would go in while we waited in the car but as we grew older, we were the ones who had to go in. The place is pretty standard. The lines are long but they move relatively fast. I've never really had trouble here. I really like their drive-through because it's nice and easy and convenient. read more

If I could i would rate them -10! They removed the drive-through boxes a while ago, then put them back sideways so you have to get out of your car to use the drive-through. They took away two APCs and left only one inside, but there is never any parking available during regular hours and you can't use it after hours. And now, without warning, they are fixing the drive-through and you have no way to get into the lot from Manor. No left turn allowed into the lot and no drive-through. Why not just close the whole thing down and send everyone to New Dorp! read more

I did over night shopping for a piece of mail to Florida. It's been 48 hours later and no response or info as to where my package is !!! There's an open investigation , but still have not heard from post office nor did the package arrive yet to its destination . Someone is to blame and I want answers . People just don't go there to mail stuff and then it magically appears on your doorstep !! Someone is responsible ! Discrimination is high here and I'll get a lawyer if I have to . My daughter was waiting 2months for a very expensive package, she had a tracking number, it said it would be delivered on a certain date. We waited all day. Our regular postal worker was on vacation. She NEVER received the package! We have been trying to call the office number and they keep HANGING UP THE PHONE !! WTH They NEVER have enough staff and they have terrible attitudes. read more

They don't regularly pick up mail/packages from the drop off boxes. I've had packages that were dropped off Saturday night that do not move until Tuesday or Wednesday. That should not happen if you are sticking to the pickup schedule listed on the mail box. If you need to drop off a package then make sure you get the money-back guarantee option, but you will need to speak to a manager because most of the staff will not know how to process a refund. If you want a better chance of your package arriving on time bring it to the counter and get a receipt. If you want zero screw ups use an alternative shipper. read more

Very rude and nasty personnel ! first I was talking to some Asian lady that barely spoke any English, that makes me wonder how she got a government job. She couldn't explain anything to me than a supervisor comes and she has to be the nastiest person I ever spoke to. I was there with two little kids that everyone know how kids get after being in one place for an hour, than the way she spoke to me and told me to wait without any type of consideration nor she apologize for the inconvenience they caused me was mind boggling. They need to do away with the post office all together!!! The people at this location are very nice and helpful however good luck getting packages! With their b.s. " no entry" updates. Not only was someone home but I HAVE 24 hour video cameras recording that clearly show no attempt was made for any delivery! Or you get a delivery notice and the package doesn't actually show up until the next day if you are lucky. These people are useless! Management is fully aware of these shady practices yet nothing is done. Carriers get away with shady practices. read more

Customer Service is just awful! I was put on hold for 30 minutes until they closed which at that point they could no longer help me, of course.... A package was mailed to me with 2 day priority mail and it's been 5 days! The last update on the website it was in Houston TX, Horrible, no wonder you are going bankrupt! Why can't the government run something efficiently again!!!!
