I left and drove straight to the post office on manor road, ended up paying $1.47 per invitation and mailed them out from there. Since i live in Tottenville i mailed my thank you cards from Main Street location. Not only did no one get them but i didn't even get any back. Also my response cards have not been mailed back to me and all guests say they mailed them back over a month ago. What Evers happening to the mail post system needs to be changed. Ridiculous.

Some of the employees are nice and others have such an uptight face but that's with all post office locations. My packages have usually arrive on time.

They definitely should go through training since it seems like none of their brains are working lately. If I am handing you a USPS priority mail label that says UP TO 5lbs on a USPS free priority mail box that clearly says flat rate any weight ... why are you telling me to go home and repackage it ?... never a pleasant visit. They do not ever want to do their jobs correctly or satisfy a customer. I can't stand this place.

I was at the post office around 2 PM today and experienced some of the worst customer service I've…read moreever had. The employee "Dave" working at the counter refused to take my packages because a new label had been placed over an old one. I was told I had to turn the bags inside out because they were already taped, was not allowed to use tape there, and was told I could not print a label and needed to go across the street to the library. What made the situation even worse was that he made me flip the entire bag inside out right there in the middle of the floor while trying to manage around 15 different items. It was honestly insane and incredibly embarrassing and inconvenient. I truly mean no disrespect, but I was shocked by how unhelpful the experience was. In all my years using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, I have never been treated this way over something so minor. Watching a customer struggle instead of simply helping resolve the issue felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand policies may exist, but customer service and common courtesy should still matter. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
