The window of delivery from 8am to 8pm with no estimate is absurd as if someone has 12 hours to wait for a package. Never had any issues with the employees here especially that guy that's always there. He makes the wait all the better. He's funny and speaks to every customer. For once a non miserable English speaking postal employee. Do be prepared to wait though. There's usually only one employee working at any given time. This used to be my favorite post office in Staten until they removed the APC machine which I used to avoid the line. No only one location on Staten has that machine. Try them out!
