I had received an email that needed to be printed and overnighted immediately. While my hotel offered a place to print, they were unsure where I could find a local Fed Ex store. I didn't have a car with me so the stress on a Saturday was quickly rising as to how I would meet my deadline, when my daughter suggested calling Postal Connections. I am recently a new customer to their store so new, they don't know me. I took a chance and called. I was able to email them my letter. They printed it for me and then packaged & Fed Ex'd it for me all while I sat poolside never having to hunt down a local Fed Ex. Even though she's based on Staten Island, we were able to work out a time to meet up in the city for both drop off and pick up of my items. Throughout the entire process, Michele was amazing. She is incredibly attentive to detail, really cares about producing quality work that would fill her clients with joy, oh, and she happens to be the world's biggest sweetheart.
