Spectrum customer service said they partner with ups and you need to scan serial number. He refused to try. Said they weren't in his system. Spectrum said have him call UPS management and he refused. He was very rude and wouldn't try anything the Spectrum Representative on the phone said to do. He was the only person in the store. So I went to the UPS in Matawan and they scanned the bar code quickly and gave me a receipt. They had 3 employees and I saw them helping customers with packages, smiling and showing kindness.
