All of the staff here were so friendly! This location also had plenty of appointments available on their website, unlike a lot of other locations. Plus, this location has a big parking lot. This is usually where my anxiety comes in. However, I was greeted by an extremely helpful and patient staff member named Nick. He not only helped me make sense of everything but he helped me contact Amazon customer service to resolve one of my issues. It did not matter how long the line got he never made me feel like I was holding things up. Instead he continued helping other customers with a smile and did his job effectively and efficiently. I had a terrible experience with this delivery service. They were hired for a "white-glove" in-home…read moredelivery, but the crew was unprofessional, ill-equipped, and physically negligent with the furniture. The crew arrived without basic tools and actually had to ask me for a screwdriver to finish the assembly. When I saw they were struggling with the items, I offered to help by watching the remaining pieces so all three men could safely carry the first heavy unit up the stairs together. Instead of being professional, one of the movers was incredibly rude, telling me, "Don't try to tell me how to do my job. You can wait upstairs." The "job" he then performed was rolling the boxes up the stairs rather than lifting them. While doing this, they complained the entire time about the items being "too heavy." Because they chose to roll the furniture instead of carrying it, the piece is now damaged. A drawer is completely misaligned and sticks out from the frame, and it is now physically tight and difficult to shut. It is clear that rolling the unit put stress on the frame and hardware that it wasn't meant to handle. If you value your furniture or expect a respectful, professional delivery experience, avoid this company. They are confrontational, lazy, and will damage your items.

Don't let their upfront quotes lure you into a contract for paid services and costs. I purchased 10,000 pieces-prepaid- first-class mailers (letting them know that I want the mailers out asap) and every email you send them takes 1business day to respond. The staff rarely answers your call unless you make them think you're going crazy with the service they are providing. My first mailing campaign of over 3500 mailers.... I received not 1 response (questioning what happened because that has never happened before. note I have QR codes on mailers, which they messed up on proofs to me... Don't know how they did that). I'm working on them with the remaining 6,500 pieces that I have prepaid with them, and its fee after fee, after credit card authorization form.... They have made over 6 errors on my proofs that took over 12 days to fix, going back and forth with Vivian. These are proof errors that they are making. Once finalized, I made 2 additional edits since it took over 1 month to mail and laws changed re content in my state and now its 2026... and guess what? $200 for two additional edits (these are simple text edits!). Spent 12 days fixing their mistakes on edits (ie, uncentered text, incorrect fonts, letters showing up outside of text boxes, their own editing mistakes that they should have professionally caught before they even sent them to me for final proofs). I'm an attorney in CA and I'm so frustrated by their service. If you're marketing Cheerios to kids who eat cereal, then sure, you may be ok. If you're a professional, you're better off handwriting your mass mailing and putting stamps on them yourself.

There was a cheaper service for $120.00 which was 7 day delivery. I took the 5 day delivery thinking it would be guaranteed and the package took 8 days for it to be delivered. I call they to get my refund as promised and now they said that its not a guarantee service and cannot get my refund. It was my mistake that i did not take that in writing. So this means that they cheat their customers and get them to pay higher price for something that is not gurantee. i would NOT use them again. Big Cheaters
