I have no idea how she is still hired and also how the store owner does not know about this ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. Then the next day, I'll run into someone else who suddenly needs to weigh, measure, remeasure, question every label, and type at a glacial pace, all while barely acknowledging my presence. It's not that they're rude -- it's more that they seem either overwhelmed or uninterested. And that inconsistency is maddening. I shouldn't have to guess what kind of experience I'm going to get based on who's working that day. A shipping center should have systems and procedures that don't change based on who's behind the counter. The parking lot is small and chaotic, especially during busy hours. There's little to no signage to guide customers, and if you're unfamiliar with the layout, it's easy to walk into the wrong entrance or get in the way of the loading zone. On the upside, they usually have shipping supplies in stock, and they haven't lost a package yet (knock on wood). But that's the bare minimum of what I expect from a place like this. If you're in a pinch and don't have another option nearby, this place will do. But don't come here expecting a seamless experience. Bring your patience -- and maybe some snacks -- just in case.
