Pros: 1-They deliver my mail almost every day 2- The delivery persons are polite and nice 3- The mail, if first class or priority or certified will almost always be delivered, with exceptions. Cons: 1- They do not honor insurance purchased. so save money and don't buy insurance. They lost my package mailed to the US copyright office and never paid for the insurance I purchased. 2- They skip days for delivery and pickup, I have mail to be delivered but not picked up for two days now. 3- Management seem annoyed with an inquiry and with patrons. Conclusion: Most of the postal workers are hard working and trustworthy, but they have bad apples that should be dismissed. Management need training and needs to honor the insurance agreements. 5-27-19 Yet another complaint online about this post office. They're delivering my mail to the wrong street and then being snotty the next day after 4 pm because I am still not aware IF they've secured my misdelivered package! Today, 1 box and 2 packages were delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to Alex who was rude and suggested I "have your mail delivered during the week by your normal carrier since your door has problems". When I explained that I pay for a service so that my mail gets delivered when I pay for it to be and that as a supervisor, instead of blaming me or my "door" he should have a meeting with his staff and tell them to pay attention to their packages' instructions/addresses and to be observant they're at the correct address. He then hung up on me and did not answer when I called back twice thereafter. (~Just wanted to advise him that I was reporting him to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs/Atty. General's Office.) So next I filed a report with the Attorney General's Office due to (again) misdelivery issues and their unprofessional misconduct! I am a paying customer who has been through exasperation and has remained calm, cool and collected and I've had a front window worker who lied and said she was a supervisor (Donna, the user profanity) in the past hang up me as well. #1: My door isn't the problem because the carrier didn't get to it. Instead, as usual, their per-diem, high-turnover irregular carrier(s) don't give a flying fazoo. #2: Truth be told: If they don't have people looking at the package to make sure they're at the correct address and don't have common sense, nothing I can do will help. #3: Supervisors / the state need(s) to step in and do something! I have lived at this address in July of 2019 for 24 YEARS and NEVER had delivery issues until the past few years when this new, high-turnover, non-governmental administration stepped in. Either they yes you to death and do nothing or they're rude! The lady who is mainly in charge of the passport department is rude! I go this post office 3 times a week since I have an online business I went there once to pick up a certified envelope I had miss placed the the note that was left on my door. And I go there and tell can you see if I miss a package . I gave her my address and name she said "I can't do anything without the note. THIS IS A BIG BUILDING HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO FIND IT." So I said okay and then I came the next day when I really nice lady that worked there helped me and all she asked for was my name and address and within 5 minutes she came back with my package. How does a post office not have any stamps, this place is ridiculous, go to another location.

Rude customer service, Shane was no help whatsoever and told me I had to figure out my issue on my own when the lady after him helped me no problem. He wasted my money and time, and when I went to the table to write the addresses down he closed his lane on me. Horrible. read more
