The staff is outstanding, especially "Blondie", and are so friendly, conscientious and "on point". They have answered my questions about boxes for shipping, envelopes to purchase and many other things. Did I say fast, too? On January 2 at approximately 4:00pm, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, unhelpful and she demonstrated a clear lack of customer service skills. This was my second interaction with her to send a return. She knew I was there a few days prior and came back today to send the same return. Is clear as day it's 'just a job for her'. Other post offices are helpful & welcoming. Never again will I visit this post office. Amazon makes returns convenient and easy- post office should do the same.

I couldn't do it online so I spoke with the post master. He said he'd take care of it. Well he never did. Fortunately a neighbor so the mail piling up and picked it up for me. I called the PO quite a few times to tell them to hold mail. No one even answered the phone. Had to call the 800 # to file a complaint. It's not like you can go anywhere else.
