Bob, the employee working behind the counter, was so energetic and helpful!! Great customer service! I don't mail overnight packages often & usually I would pay $19.95, but he saved me $3 by offering me a different solution & it would still be overnighted & I'd still have the tracking. Even tho I dropped it off at 3:30pm today, he guaranteed me it will be there by noon tomorrow & said if not, I get a full refund. I've never been to a post office where the guy explained everything to me & helped me save a couple of bucks! I was also in and out in less than 5 min, no line! All pluses in my book! He's taken me to Philly, Trenton and Newark Airports. Easy to schedule with and a pleasure to drive with. Safe driver and shows up early so you aren't worrying about missing a flight. (Even waits patiently if you are running late!) I wish every trip to the airport was as stress-free as a ride from Chris!
