After seeing the five-star reviews on Yelp, I decided to contact Freight State. I received an immediate response from Mr Shevrado, who was both pleasant and professional. I find this company to be very reliable and trustworthy, and I can certainly see why they have earned a five-star rating. Thank you, guys!

I originally put in for a pick up truck and GoShare people said for the safety of the piece I needed a box truck for an additional $250. Meanwhile when the delivery man got here the piece was lying flat, the exact way it would on a flatbed. Very disappointing. I feel like I was scammed. Will be leaving a review about your company. The delivery guy was great. This has to do with GoShare business ethics. The original quote on the app was for approximately $75. They even give you a choice to choose a pickup with the dimensions listed on their app. This place is a scam. Shoppers beware!

It did take a full day to get a driver & a Helper available at the same time. But when they did show up, they were WONDERFUL ! Ben and Ted were on time, conscientious, careful & considerate. They were as concerned as I was to not scrape walls, floors, nor furniture. They covered the furniture in their trucks with blankets and tarp to protect from a light rain we had that day. They drove at a nice, steady, safe pace - considering my furniture the whole ride. They both wore masks at all times and even though the furniture was heavy, they asked if they should take off their shoes when entering my house. They wanted to be sure because they said "we don't want to make a mess". They worked together very well.

Instead of telling a potential customer to get their facts straight, perhaps the responder should make sure their facts or straight, or that they're responding to the right review. Clearly the company needs to brush up on proper business practice and understand how to respond properly without making themselves look worse on Yelp. Very rude respond to a complaint about an employee. Anyone curious about how this company operates with their customers can look at the response to my previous review.
