When one of our friends posted a 4 star review, the team lead would not let up until it was corrected to a 5 star review. He said he would be fired if the 4 star review remained online. It created an uncomfortable tension during an already stressful move. I am grateful for their good hard work, but I would prefer to post a review because of the quality of service, not because I feel pressured to in the moment. The crews should be allowed to do their job without worrying about how many 5 star reviews they can get from the customer.

One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense

I got sick two weeks before the move and was behind in my packing. So, I called Right Budget to come before moving day to help me catch up on packing. Dirk, the owner, arrived with one helper and made a hugh difference in a few hours. They also recommended that I rent different trucks than I had planned; larger trucks and a different, less expensive, truck rental company. On loading day, they arrived on time and kept working until the job was done. Dirk was good at keeping me informed as to how things were going. He was also a good lead to his team. You could really see how the team worked well together. All of the workers were hard workers good people. The unloading at the new home was 4 days later. Dirk and his team returned and started working as soon as they arrived. With a steep driveway and stairs to deal with, it was hard work. There was no slowing of the effort put forth by this team.
