Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

Just recently had my roof installed by JR roofing and gutters did some shopping around and got some…read moreridiculous prices .When I called up JR he came down and gave me a professional estimate and explained exactly what he would be doing at a far price .He told me about the GAF complete roof systems which consisted of seven separate items that have to be installed on your roof there's a leak barrier,roof deck protection ,starter strip ,plus the lifetime shingles ,cobra attic ventilation and ridge caps that come with a limited life time warranty.His professional installers came and stripped my roof off in less than three hours and installed 37 square in one day and put in a ridge vent on my house and cleaned everything up the same day and carted it away .Two day later JR came himself and replaced my front entrance gutters and house vents and put new metal Facial over my garage roof.He delivery on everything he said and did a great job .I would highly recommend JR Roofing and Gutters .

I loved that Proven is GAF Master Elite qualified, and in addition is one of just a few roofers in the Master Elite Presidents Club! But the real proof was the quality and excellence of service that was provided during the roof install. The crew showed up on time, tarped the entire work area to catch the torn off roof and nails, and there was a project manager on site the entire time! He kept in touch by text letting me know where in the process they were, and even texted me photos of the progress! Afterwards, he walked me around the entire home showing me the details of what was done. The property was left in pristine condition, not a scrap or nail in sight! Replaced an outdoor spiral staircase and many other things. Although this was a big job, Proven's pricing was competitive. They gave a multi job discount. My biggest concern was that this is a summer home so we were not around a lot to supervise.
