Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it. I reached out for a free estimate and was able to schedule an in-person walk through for a painting job right away. I met with the owner Anthony, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate that included labor and materials on the spot. I told him we would be waiting for additional estimates and he was very patient with us. Due to the tight timing constraints (we basically decided at the last minute to do a full paint job), we are booking a different painter for the current job. However, based on all the reviews I've read on Facebook and also the photos of previous work they have done, I would choose Della Rosa for my next painting job. Handyman Joe was able to efficiently complete a multitude of tasks from clearing gutters, installing light fixtures/ locks/ blinds and painting. He also fixed up lots of things around the house i.e. stuck doors/ stiff handles, slow draining bath, netting on storm door, loose sockets, bathroom caulking and more. I had called Gil a few weeks back as I have some screens in a home I recently purchased that were in terrible shape. Many were missing tabs, springs, screen material and some were not correct for the window. Gil was on time and let me know that because of the Windy conditions he would take the screens with him to repair. Some of the screens were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. In less than 24 hours Gil replaced, refurbished and built screens for me. Installation was a breeze, he showed me how to remove them and had some tips for me when it came to my Anderson storm door I installed. I would not hesitate to recommend Gilco to any of my friends and family. Gilco is very busy and you may have to wait a week or 2 for a visit but he is worth the wait. High quality, local workmanship is what you will receive.
