The experience was simple enough: (1) I reached out for a quote and provided details on what I was looking to have done and anticipated date for the job, (2) The Owner questioned if I meant a different date, (3) I reconfirmed the details and date, (4) The Owner replied "No". Andrey did amazing work in a home that we recently purchased. The property was a rental for many years, and the walls had old wallpaper that was painted over, and the ceilings were textured. He took his time smoothing and fixing everything to perfection before painting. It looked like a brand new house. Would highly recommend him. read more

I contacted this painter several times and no one has ever contacted me. I am not sure why they have a 100% response rate within 20 minutes on average. I think that I am very fair when I give a fair to a poor review. I gave the merchant several opportunities or tries to contact me over a two week period. Andrey and his team (Mike) did a great job. During the estimate he set a very reasonable fixed price. When I called to schedule the work, I asked for some additional work done and Andrey adjusted the quote accordingly and in writing. This price did not change and there were no surprises whatsoever from the estimate to job completion. Awesome painters did almost the whole house walls, ceilings, trim, spindles and risers including patching holes, cracks and stains, primed and painted as many coats as necessary for a flawless finish. I think he repainted my office 3 times as he is a perfectionist. Andrey let me know as the job progressed if additional paint was needed so there weren't excess purchases and we bought just the right amount of paint. The final day he cleaned up well and we are very satisfied with the work. We really had to look to find any flaws. His attention to detail and quality of work was perfect. Anything but..Scheduled for a free estimate. Given a window of 5:30-6 p.m. today. Received a call at 5:30 that he had arrived. I apologized and stated I would be home in 10 minutes. Received an awkward response and said "I have to go." & abruptly hung up. Tried texting him and pleaded I would be home. No response. Would strongly suggest someone a bit more understanding and patient. I was given a window for the estimate. Not thinking being a few minutes late would be too much of a hassle. Since then, I've hired painters, carpenters, bathroom / basement renovation guys, plumbers, maids...out of all the servicers, I like my painter the best. Andrey is kind, he charges very customer-friendly prices because he works for himself and not for a big company. He is an absolute perfectionist but also efficient and timely. Our previous painter did a shoddy job and then left us in the lurch right before the holidays . But we were so very lucky when we found Andrey - the "Awesome Painter". He showed up promptly to give a very reasonable estimate and started working the very next day for almost a week to finish what the first painter could not. I agree we have issues with our walls but our home is not crumbling apart. Most of the problems come from old wall paper that was painted over in the past. As far as junk and debris in our bedrooms, It's just normal bedroom furniture, prints on the walls and clothes in the closets that most people own. Which by the way, you yourself have seen most of it has already been removed when you returned for a second time to give us another quote. I had been working at getting the room ready and emptying the closets for your return. When you say, Volunteering to help us, means you did the work out of the goodness of your heart. We paid you. It was a business arrangement. When I mentioned to you that I needed more time to clear the master, you were clearly very angry with me and never exchanged another word with me. That was very rude and unprofessional of you. Even after we apologize and told you we would make up for any money loss. My complant was never about the quality of your work. As I wrote above, as a painter, you did a fantasic job. Our issue is about how you left off with us. After waiting a week for you to phone us back regarding your second quote, my husband had to call you. When he asked, do you want to do finish the work or not. You very clearly told him, no! So we're confused, if you say you want to do the work, why have you not contacted us? You have both our numbers. You have left us waiting, its been a couole of weeks now.At this very moment, our upstairs bedrooms, are still upside down.
