The package shipped that date and arrived at a FEDEX location in Cypress, TX. By the 5th day it was in Mosheim, TN and a day later it was in Edison, NJ -- where it has apparently been for the past 2 weeks. When I realized there may be a problem, I called the 800 number and was told they'd check into it. I gave them my contact email and phone number to call when they had information. After 3 days of no response and no movement, I called again and was told they'd trace it and would call me with the status. I called again last week and was told to put in a claim -- which I cannot do since I am not the shipping originator. I understand that packages are lost, but FEDEX has been totally unresponsive and never got back to me. The people answering the phone were politely aloof and did not care that this was an important medical test. I have dealt with UPS which has been 100% reliable and have even been more satisfied with the much maligned USPS.

A facility that I am nowhere near. With the fact that I chose the option to have it delivered to my home, there is zero reason why it would have been delivered to and then returned from their store. I then received a 2nd call from LL Bean today (1-30-26) letting me know that it happened a 2nd time after it was reshipped. And to the UPS store that is nowhere near me. They need to train their employees how to read shipping orders and also the notes in the orders that state directions clearly.
