Cons: 1- They do not honor insurance purchased. so save money and don't buy insurance. They lost my package mailed to the US copyright office and never paid for the insurance I purchased. 2- They skip days for delivery and pickup, I have mail to be delivered but not picked up for two days now. 3- Management seem annoyed with an inquiry and with patrons. Conclusion: Most of the postal workers are hard working and trustworthy, but they have bad apples that should be dismissed. Management need training and needs to honor the insurance agreements.
