I specifically had several art pieces (a sculpture) and a lot of clothing including several boots. All pretty valuable and sentimental to me. Rebecca was wonderful and friendly answering all my initial questions over the phone. Thamara went above and beyond helping me at the center - packing everything and securing them into a giant box, and shipping it out. She even stuck many "This Side Up/Fragile" stickers on the box to ensure the box was handled with care and I was put at ease. Everything arrived at its destination exactly on time as expected and the art was in perfect condition.
