They've always been helpful with ensuring my items fit in the box properly and that the address is correctly written, so it arrives at the destination safely. My wire transfers were also easy with no issues and the fees are clearly listed on the desk. While I can't speak for any scheduled pick up issues, I do find this location absolutely fine for what I need. I do try to call to confirm store hours but unfortunately, I can never find anyone to pick up. My guess is that they're always on their feet helping others with packages as there are only 2 of them. I hope they're able to manage phone calls in the future, so it's not reliant on stopping by the store.
