Wynn from Jesko was the first to respond to my request for quotes. He was friendly and explained their confirmation system, which involved getting a signature from the recipient and texting or mailing proof of receipt to me. Before I decided, I compared prices with a few companies, but despite the fact that they are located In Harlem, (and I am in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn), Jesko was still cheaper than all the others, one of which was blocks from me. Also, I needed them to pick up within a very specific timeframe, and that was accommodated as well. I had two heavy packages with documents to go to two locations in downtown Brooklyn. When it turned out that one of the places had closed, they returned that package back to my home. Well done, Jesko! I have been trying hard to find a local delivery service for sending packages from Brooklyn to the city. Surprisingly it was not that easy. Services are either too expensive or too tricky with the time windows. I ended up using Destiny and I am glad I made that decision. I called Wynn in the morning, he sent someone over to pickup in an hour. The package was delivered at 3pm in the afternoon at time square. Not to mention that price is also very reasonable. From the get go they were very nice and responsive. I felt the rates quoted to my were very reasonable. They did pickup and get to the destination in about an hour which was right with my timeline. I was not aware that the destination would not allow items to be hand delivered, as it turns out they only accept things by mail. The courier was in contact with me and did see if there was any other way to leave it there somehow. Due to this issue of my own fault, here was not able to do so. The courier was very nice about everything when returning the document to me. If I ever have a need for a courier service, I have no doubt I would use them again. read more

This review is delayed, but I used Wynn for courier services from Brooklyn to Manhattan a couple months ago. He was very communicative and delivered at a good price. The item I needed transported was large and bulky (though light) but could have been easily damaged in transit (and he used public transit, not a car to keep costs down). Wynn must have been very careful with it because it arrived in perfect condition. I recommend him and will use him again if I need courier services in the future. read more
