They tried to completely pin it on me instead of appeasing the damn customer and coming to the correct address. I had to reschedule TWICE. The window of delivery from 8am to 8pm with no estimate is absurd as if someone has 12 hours to wait for a package. Customer service rep wasn't helpful, had an attitude problem and didn't help me with the fact that their delivery driver was in the wrong.

When the tailoring lady was taking the measurements, I emphasized many times that I wanted the hems to be cuffed. I stressed because the tailoring lady had trouble understanding English. When I got the pants back, they were straight instead of cuffs. When I complained to the owner, he became very obnoxious, rude and threatening instead of taking responsibility and trying to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this shop at all. There were 3 guys at the front desk yesterday and when they gave me a price of $26.18 to mail a 1pd 9 oz package by UPS from Brooklyn to Staten Island, not overnight, not express, just standard UPS ground residential, I couldn't believe it. I asked them what their service fee was and not one of them would answer me, and it is not listed separately on the receipt. Then I asked them how much USPS would cost and I was told almost $24 when it is usually around $9 and change there. These prices are outrageous, and I think that we should have the right to know what kind of service fees they are charging us. I would never ever go back there again. Am I allowed to call them thieves?
