From start to finish, the people we worked with at All Time Printing were kind and professional. We used them to print funeral materials and were able to send over all necessary information, pictures, etc. by email -- making the process smooth and efficient. We received a proof of each document that we needed within 24 hours of submitting all relevant information. Additionally, they were patient and gracious about receiving our edits and updates to their proofs. All printed materials came out beautiful and we were very happy with the results. I am guessing someone else was working there at the time because the experience i encountered was horrible. The man there was rude and not helpful at all. I should have took my hint when i called first before coming by. His voice wasn't welcoming over the phone but i still made my way across town on my lunch break hoping in person it would be different. Big mistake. Customer service is horrible, the place is a hole in the wall. I would not recommended going here at all, too many printing places to go to where you won't be treated like a burden. This was my first time getting anything printed so of course i needed to know the process, he treated me as if i should know and as if i was wasting his time. NO he wasted mine!! Frankly, this is not the business you want to choose to work with. There are many other printing companies out there they will take the time to assist with resolving any print errors. At this juncture, we will be resolving this issue on our own without the help of QX Printing as we refuse to pay any additional fees more then what we have already paid. It is highly suggested to stay away from this company for your printing needs. Also, they do not take credit card payments.

And the one time I spoke to someone, he spoke too fast and I felt he wanted to get off the phone with me. The issue was editing my template. They didn't have my companies logo. When I complained about the quality I was very rudely told I knew nothing about "printing" and to leave to the "professionals". You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out the job they did was extremely poor. Not just that they said if I want all the "bells and whistles" it will cost me more money. So it seems they purposely screw you over only to try and charge you a higher price in order to do the job the right way. This place is rude and more importantly con men posing as a print store. My advice is to find a print store with good reviews and not just because it's the closet one. I made that mistake and paid for it.
