They tried to completely pin it on me instead of appeasing the damn customer and coming to the correct address. I had to reschedule TWICE. The window of delivery from 8am to 8pm with no estimate is absurd as if someone has 12 hours to wait for a package. Customer service rep wasn't helpful, had an attitude problem and didn't help me with the fact that their delivery driver was in the wrong.

I had received an email that needed to be printed and overnighted immediately. While my hotel offered a place to print, they were unsure where I could find a local Fed Ex store. I didn't have a car with me so the stress on a Saturday was quickly rising as to how I would meet my deadline, when my daughter suggested calling Postal Connections. I am recently a new customer to their store so new, they don't know me. I took a chance and called. I was able to email them my letter. They printed it for me and then packaged & Fed Ex'd it for me all while I sat poolside never having to hunt down a local Fed Ex. It was selfless in that they were busy but they understood my desperation and literally jumped into action. I will be a forever customer now. Their staff is incredible!! I emailed the center to ask if they could hold the package for the intended recipient so that she could come pick it up. He replied, saying " no problem. He could do that for me." I was so relieved that he would hold a package for me that I offered to pay him a fee for holding it. He politely declined, saying, "Next time" I did this once before, at a different store, and the person was also very nice, but he said that you should leave a good review of my place on yelp and on Google. But the gentleman from this shipping center said no such thing. I am posting this review without any nudging from him. I really respect the gentleman. The recipient of my package also said that she and her mom regularly use this shipping center and confirmed that "they are super-nice."

We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. He was helpful, kind and patient. This wasn't even an expensive print job but we had the best quality. I am planning on doing all of my wedding stationary with this location and am super greatful that they could help us with a last minute print job distaster.

I patiently waited in line, and when it was finally my turn, the experience was honestly unbelievable. The associate behind the counter attempted to scan my label 4-5 times and couldn't get it to scan. No problem -- things happen. She then proceeded to manually enter the tracking number into the system. While doing so, she was simultaneously carrying on a conversation with her manager/another associate about "lawyering up" over something and giggling throughout the conversation. I'm all for a fun workplace and employees having good relationships with their coworkers. That's not the issue. The issue is when that conversation takes priority over actually paying attention to the customer you're servicing. She entered the tracking number multiple times, apparently couldn't locate it in the system, and then simply told me that the label was invalid and that she couldn't accept my package. I was standing there watching the entire process thinking, Wow... seriously? The frustrating part is that she never seemed particularly interested in figuring out what was actually wrong with the label. Instead, after a few attempts while being distracted by her conversation, the conclusion was simply, "I can't take this." Maybe the label was the issue. Maybe the system was the issue. But the way this was handled made it impossible for me to have any confidence that either was actually checked properly. I walked out with the same package I came in with, despite having a legitimate prepaid shipping label, and had to find another way to get it shipped. Man. What a life.
